USLike so many others Like so many others, I keep getting charged for a service I have repeatedly asked to cancel. I get autoresponder messages from zendesk regarding the unanswered request to cancel service. According to the linkedin profile for commun.it, it is "Managed with love by co-founder @SharelOmer." I looked him up on twitter and he was busy with a launch of some other service (affogata). I checked both Sharel and affogata social channels and they have been silent since early 2020. Is anyone even manning this communit ship?

USI have emailed numerous times to no… I have emailed numerous times to no avail...I am disappointed and will not use them as there is no trust in their service or back end...as they say and claim to have....pathetic they are....

BEIn principal commun.it is a useful tool In principal commun.it is a useful tool, however the service is 2-3 days per month not available and requests remain unanswered. Though I subscribed for one year, I was asked 6 months later to pay again for one year, what I did in the hope that my account would be unblocked, but what did not take place to date. Thus I paid almost 600 $ without that can use the service Reaction: Meanwhile Commun.it has lifted the blockage of its service and I was upgraded you to a higher plan with no extra charge and will also get a refund of 50%

AUProblems with cancelling trial membership I cancelled my trial before it expired, but was still charged for a year of Business plan and the company is ignoring my messages completely (not responding in any way). Reading the other reviews here, I can see I'm not alone. Stay away from this website. Edit - I received my refund and was given 6 months of free Business plan to make up for the experience. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars and may revise it again as time goes by.
