GBEnded subscription but they charged me. I asked for them to end my paid subscription about 6 weeks before it was due, which they seemed to do, as my account was ended, but they charged me on the renewal date £224.03. i am now in a dispute with them to get my money back, via my bank. They have said that i didn't end the subscription in time, but i have email correspondence that says different. If you are going to enter into a paid subscription with this dodgy company make sure you keep proof of your email correspondence and keep an eye on your bank payments, if and when you decide to leave.

BEIn principal commun.it is a useful tool In principal commun.it is a useful tool, however the service is 2-3 days per month not available and requests remain unanswered. Though I subscribed for one year, I was asked 6 months later to pay again for one year, what I did in the hope that my account would be unblocked, but what did not take place to date. Thus I paid almost 600 $ without that can use the service Reaction: Meanwhile Commun.it has lifted the blockage of its service and I was upgraded you to a higher plan with no extra charge and will also get a refund of 50%

MXBugs and Poor Service Used to be really good. NOw there is always a function or two not working, and they are VERY slow at responding to support-related requests, often we get NO response at all. Very disappointing as I referred them to some clients and suddenly they have gone downhill.

GBAre they out of business Are they out of business? I'm now left with a $199 bill because they won't post my receipt and my company won't reimburse without it. DON"T USE! Something happened in 2020 and it's no longer a good service. They even stopped monitoring their own TWITTER account for complaints. Sad day. I'd love to know how to report them for fraud.

GBUnresponsive support tickets and service has gone downhill Like many others, I'm trying to cancel my account but haven't received any answer to my many support tickets. They don't let you have the option to cancel your subscription yourself, you have to send a support request in order to cancel. Because I have little to no confidence that they will actually respond to my cancel requests, I've had my bank to stop any automatic payments. My renew date is approaching soon, I hope that I won't be charged.
