Like so many others Like so many others, I keep getting charged for a service I have repeatedly asked to cancel. I get autoresponder messages from zendesk regarding the unanswered request to cancel service. According to the linkedin profile for commun.it, it is "Managed with love by co-founder @SharelOmer." I looked him up on twitter and he was busy with a launch of some other service (affogata). I checked both Sharel and affogata social channels and they have been silent since early 2020. Is anyone even manning this communit ship?

In principal commun.it is a useful tool In principal commun.it is a useful tool, however the service is 2-3 days per month not available and requests remain unanswered. Though I subscribed for one year, I was asked 6 months later to pay again for one year, what I did in the hope that my account would be unblocked, but what did not take place to date. Thus I paid almost 600 $ without that can use the service Reaction: Meanwhile Commun.it has lifted the blockage of its service and I was upgraded you to a higher plan with no extra charge and will also get a refund of 50%

Commun.it is probably one of the best… Commun.it is probably one of the best tools I've found to manage a Twitter account. The dashboard is data-packed and all-inclusive, giving you a nice "single pane of glass" for managing your social presence. In an age of flat, sparse UIs optimized for the lowest common denominator user, having something awesome for power users is a rare fit. I'm hardly a large enterprise, barely a small business (really just a casual streamer with a social presence), and I'd recommend it to everyone.

Very bad service, Fraud alert! Runaway... Last November 2019, I joined to Commun.it service. I thought to try the "Business Plan", thanks to the possibility to ask for refund as posted on their web site "Start your 14-day unlimited FREE trial Today and SAVE. No obligation, no commitment". The conclusion? During the trial period, I was not satisfied with the service, thus I decided to ask for money back. I followed the right procedure to ask for the refund, but, evidently, they had absolutely no intention of fulfilling my request. As a consequence, I never got my refund! It's simply a fraud! Runaway!

Bugs and Poor Service Used to be really good. NOw there is always a function or two not working, and they are VERY slow at responding to support-related requests, often we get NO response at all. Very disappointing as I referred them to some clients and suddenly they have gone downhill.
