Terrible Terrible. Tried the 14 day free trial, tried to cancel on day 3 and have not had one response from them. I have sent 6 requests, and two twitter messages. Reporting them as this company is misleading with marketing messages. You can’t even remove your account details as they block you. I’ll be calling my bank today to block them.

Very bad service, Fraud alert! Runaway... Last November 2019, I joined to Commun.it service. I thought to try the "Business Plan", thanks to the possibility to ask for refund as posted on their web site "Start your 14-day unlimited FREE trial Today and SAVE. No obligation, no commitment". The conclusion? During the trial period, I was not satisfied with the service, thus I decided to ask for money back. I followed the right procedure to ask for the refund, but, evidently, they had absolutely no intention of fulfilling my request. As a consequence, I never got my refund! It's simply a fraud! Runaway!

Bugs and Poor Service Used to be really good. NOw there is always a function or two not working, and they are VERY slow at responding to support-related requests, often we get NO response at all. Very disappointing as I referred them to some clients and suddenly they have gone downhill.

Had a problem with getting paid, and company response Commun-It is not too customer responsive. Had a problem with getting paid, did not receive 2 payments of $25 each. It took 5 emails and several weeks before they even responded The company verified this and determined that I had not been paid. They claimed not to be able to resend at first and after a number of emails finally agreed to resend. Nothing was sent, they claimed to have resent and could not send again. So I never received my earned $50 and the company claims to not be able to resend. I earned the money but am unable to get it.I have sent this to support a number of times without success, and the $50 were my rewards from taking surveys to have been paid in January, 2019. Now support claims to not know anything about this situation. Sent info to the company and no response again.
