Do not buy from Merchbar Made my pre-order one year ago to the day. Missed the promised August ship date. Missed the promised October ship date. Missed the promised January ship date. It's been so long that the credit card I ordered with no longer exists. Save your money, buy direct from artists when you can. Merchbar is a scam.

Never received order Ordered a vinyl, after about three months I still never received it. Order was canceled at one point without notification, only found out because I eventually reached out. Garbage site, will not make the same mistake twice.

Amazing Customer Care I purchased a Boxset that was signed by the artist. When my boxset was received the signatures were missing. I contacted the Merchbar customer care and the team started handling everything. I received several update emails explaining my status. I have ordered several items from Merchbar and I will be a customer for life. I feel so confident placing orders with their amazing customer care team. My order was replaced and I am so impressed with how my concern was resolved! The customer care team really worked to get my order corrected. I want to thank them and let each and every one of them is truly appreciated!!

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. I ordered a record in November... It's now April. It still hasn't arrived, nor have I received any updates or clarification. I have contacted customer services multiple times to be told that they are waiting on the manufacturer? Don't advertise or sell products you don't have and have no plans on having then! It's an absolute joke. They have no sense of urgency, or business sense in general it would seem. Shame. Avoid at all costs unless you like being frustrated and disappointed.
