Never received order Ordered a vinyl, after about three months I still never received it. Order was canceled at one point without notification, only found out because I eventually reached out. Garbage site, will not make the same mistake twice.

I paid for terrible service and no product. DO NOT RECOMMEND It’s now April 28th, I placed this order on January 18th. Still says order is processing even though I’ve already paid for it. Terrible customer service, too. I’ve gone back and forth with them a ton, and nobody will give me an answer as to why I haven’t gotten my order yet. I waited so long because I really wanted this album. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt; maybe this was a preorder, and I just wasn’t paying attention?? Nope. Nowhere did it ever say preorder nor were there any indication there would be a delay from when I ordered to when I received. Probably never existed in the first place. On top of the terrible customer service, and never receiving my order (despite paying for it),the album is now on sale much cheaper than what I paid (for nothing).

Order Never Shipped Order Never Shipped Still waiting on an order I placed over a month ago. I'm only now seeing all these reviews. It's consistently poor here, reviews.io and Better Business Bureau. I absolutely regret ordering from this scam of a company. Hoping to get my refund handled after filing a complaint with the BBB.
