As of today I still have not received… As of today I still have not received my order which I placed on December 3rd 2023. I've called many times and have spoken with six or seven "receptionists" all of whom stated they would send a priority email to "the team." I've received no contact from the team or merch bar, I've not received my order and no one I've spoken to can refund my money.

Never Shipped I placed my order for a Noah Kahan vinyl on January 4th. My bank has been charged and I’ve received my order number, but there has been no notice of shipping. It is now May and I still have not received my vinyl. I have emailed customer service and they told me I could cancel my order or keep waiting but that they had no updates. Considering this is a gift, I’m very disappointed and wish there was better communication. 5 months with no update is ridiculous.

I paid for terrible service and no product. DO NOT RECOMMEND It’s now April 28th, I placed this order on January 18th. Still says order is processing even though I’ve already paid for it. Terrible customer service, too. I’ve gone back and forth with them a ton, and nobody will give me an answer as to why I haven’t gotten my order yet. I waited so long because I really wanted this album. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt; maybe this was a preorder, and I just wasn’t paying attention?? Nope. Nowhere did it ever say preorder nor were there any indication there would be a delay from when I ordered to when I received. Probably never existed in the first place. On top of the terrible customer service, and never receiving my order (despite paying for it),the album is now on sale much cheaper than what I paid (for nothing).

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Ordered a record for my son in November 2023 for a Christmas present. It is now almost May 2024 and the only responses I have received to my multiple emails only say "be patient" and "we'll eventually get to it." Meanwhile they advertise that the same album is "in stock" and ready to go. Total scam.
