Disapponted The fees are not clearly stated up front. Also, the process of cashing out was a challenge. There has to be an easier way to complete transactions. Having to wait for a representative to contact you and then get approval from the manager. The family that we were donating to are still waiting for the check to come. This week makes almost two weeks of waiting.

Consider all your options. I think the security hold time and the processing time is way to long to hold the donations. The whole reason for signing up for the fundraiser was to help a family in need during the loss of a loved one. It has been 10 days and the family has still not been able to access funds they were needing to apply towards funeral cost. I think the 72 hour security hold should be it and then they should let the beneficiary have immediate access to the donations. 10 days after a donation and the status is still showing pending after the donations were suppose to be cashed out is just crazy. Next time I may consider other fundraising options to help a family in need ,because in a critical time of need 2 weeks to wait on funds is not appropriate in my eyes. Especially if the contributors had just given cash or even sent it by mail it would have been available sooner then using give a gift.

Almost perfect I really like the site when it comes to the guest book and posting pictures as well as information. It isn't completely user friendly so thank goodness I worked in IT and know a little about data bases. Also, the fee you charge for processing a payment is outrageously high and incredibly inflated. We lost as well as you a lot of money due to the fee you charged. Many of our guests complained and we were handed cash at the wedding instead of using the site. Out of 132 people only three used your website. That should speak volumes about your fee scheduled.

Average they didnt reply to my emails about how to allow people to donate beyond the target amount, which meant I had to keep checking and increasing the target manually. I was worried as I read bad reviews after finishing my campaign and was worried that I wouldnt recieve the money, but I got the money and a call back within a couple of hours. The call centre is based away from the business so the people on the phone have no information and you are relying on a call back which feels a bit unnerving.

Love the site, don't love all the email I love the functionality of the website. It's a terrific service and the fees seem fair. What I don't like is the inability to opt out of all of the marketing messages. I'm using the service to manage contributions to a surprise gift for my wife, and it's difficult to keep it a surprise when Deposit a Gift messages pop up in my email multiple times per week. I'm paying for the service, I should have the option to turn these messages off.
