GBFine but not exceptional Deposit a Gift's fees were lower than Go Fund Me, which was helpful for my group, but I did not feel that I got the personalized service that I was promised. My password did not work several times - not user error - to the point where I had to call and speak to a representative to reset the password. That was annoying. There is no way to send a thank you message directly from the website, which would have been helpful. At a certain point, I never heard from any DAG representative again, even after I sent a message. I felt like they just gave up on our campaign. Admittedly, I had no help on my end with it, and I did not have a lot of time to dedicate to it, but it could have been helpful to have something other than auto-generated "suggestion" e-mails, as I was told there would be personalized service.

GBUnacceptable - Please use another service This company shut down two of my campaigns and also refunded all of the monies to contributors without any prior notification to me. Once I called in they did not return my phone calls. They then sent a very cryptic email with hardly any information. I will never use this service again.

GBDisapponted The fees are not clearly stated up front. Also, the process of cashing out was a challenge. There has to be an easier way to complete transactions. Having to wait for a representative to contact you and then get approval from the manager. The family that we were donating to are still waiting for the check to come. This week makes almost two weeks of waiting.

GBLove the site, don't love all the email I love the functionality of the website. It's a terrific service and the fees seem fair. What I don't like is the inability to opt out of all of the marketing messages. I'm using the service to manage contributions to a surprise gift for my wife, and it's difficult to keep it a surprise when Deposit a Gift messages pop up in my email multiple times per week. I'm paying for the service, I should have the option to turn these messages off.

GBAlmost perfect I really like the site when it comes to the guest book and posting pictures as well as information. It isn't completely user friendly so thank goodness I worked in IT and know a little about data bases. Also, the fee you charge for processing a payment is outrageously high and incredibly inflated. We lost as well as you a lot of money due to the fee you charged. Many of our guests complained and we were handed cash at the wedding instead of using the site. Out of 132 people only three used your website. That should speak volumes about your fee scheduled.
