USHideous Hideous! Yesterday I had to cancel my Mastercard and get a new one because of these goat eckers. I asked Bank Americard to block them, but I ended up with charges anyway. I recommend just having your card reissued. The only way these goat people will stop charging you. P.S. there should be a law that requires all companies to allow you to cancel on the web.

USThey have lost their minds On Sunday, I went to visit someone and my go-to station was playing. Two hours later, I got back in the car and suddenly - nothing. Only junk stations I never listen to. For three days I've been trying to get to the bottom of why I need an unlock code for those stations, and to say Sirius is unresponsive is an understatement.

USDon't! Predatory! They will not allow cancelation. After 25 minutes of scripted dialog:"Very well sir, if you insist we will cancel your service". Except they don't. They even have a work-around for a "Do Not Pay" with your bank. You will have Sirius for life. Guess I'll have to cancel my debit card entirely. How convenient.

CAI would give even less than 1 star if I… I would give even less than 1 star if I could. I called in February 2024 to cancel my subscription as they raised the price on me substantially. I had 2 vehicles that I paid for the service on. I called back in April after being charged almost triple what I was quoted and was told that the price I was given was per radio. I was very clear when I called in February that it was for 2 radios in 2 separate vehicles. I was given a dishonest deal that they will not live up to. Best they could do is double what I was offered so I am out. With streaming available at much cheaper prices and easily available in vehicles, Sirius is not worth the money for their repetitive radio services.
