GBThese people are horrible!!!~ These people are horrible!!!~ i have apparently two accounts?? Not sure how but I manage the one with three cars online. A lady calls me today and wants me to enter another credit card number over the phone I said no. Please combine the accounts, She said she cant and gave me a customer service phone number, I call and they want a credit card on an automated service! Stupid!

CAWasted my time to try to cancel them Wasted my time to try to cancel them. Call back system took longer than the original wait time. Customer service rep repeatedly tried to upsell me to continue paying, even after I told him I wanted to cancel

GBJust cancel the account!!?? I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 hours I've tried on the phone I've tried online I've tried using the text feature and it never works. Believe me when I figure this out I will never use them again

CAI would give even less than 1 star if I… I would give even less than 1 star if I could. I called in February 2024 to cancel my subscription as they raised the price on me substantially. I had 2 vehicles that I paid for the service on. I called back in April after being charged almost triple what I was quoted and was told that the price I was given was per radio. I was very clear when I called in February that it was for 2 radios in 2 separate vehicles. I was given a dishonest deal that they will not live up to. Best they could do is double what I was offered so I am out. With streaming available at much cheaper prices and easily available in vehicles, Sirius is not worth the money for their repetitive radio services.

GBFor Greed First let me tell you the reader my wife and I have been Sirius XM customers so long I can't tell you how long.We changed our accts some time back and paid 11 and change each.Today they are charging us EACH 30 and change.I use the support text and the imbecile can't find either of us in your system.This is why you will lose 2 longtime customers!
