CASirius XM sucks!! Sirius XM sucks!!! Old business model, more relevant before Covid when more people commuted to work. The most egregious operating practices of this “business” are AGGRESSIVE marketing and NEGATIVE billing. If you buy a vehicle that comes with their free trial, you’ll learn how it feels. And whatever you do, don’t provide a credit card number - it’s too much damn temptation, to charge indiscriminately, any time they want, years later, after you’ve cancelled and informed the card company not to authorize ANY charges from Sirius XM. NOTHING, EVER! Today, it was another ~ $600 subscription for a car we traded 8 years ago! After having the same conversation and blocking transactions, 3 years ago. And that was FIVE years after we no longer had the car! NO service is worth ongoing abuse and aggravation, that will be unleashed upon you. Pity the people without options, who promote and support dishonest, Your-money-is-the-ONLY-thing-we-care-about-publicly-traded-companies!

CAThe most condescending customer service… The most condescending customer service I have ever dealt with. Would not subscribe to this service. They use a very typical bait and hook program, doubling your fees at the end of the contract term.

USSiriiusXM needs to rein in its telemarketing unit We've been with XM (both mobile and residence) almost from the beginning. It can be very helpful when major developments occur on the world stage. it's penetration of broadcast interests is deep and invaluable. However, its billing arm, renewals and such, can be overly aggressive. One can receive myriad calls from its telemarketing arm 24/7, weekends included. This is an onerous practice and should be stopped.
