SiriusXM New App issues… I have had SiriusXM for about 4 years and have been very frustrated with the rollout of the new App in January. I had several days of being unable to stream music on my IPad and the features are different with ‘the library’ than prior ‘favorites’. Seems like a big step backwards. Called tonight to report issue and told to remove the App from Ipad. Was unable to install the SiriusXM App as it was not in the App Store (unless you are a Dealer, or Business). Wow! Unclear what happened, but the overall functionality has dramatically declined and now impacts ability to stream. Hoping for resolution and improved service.

Sirius xm is a VERY dishonest company Sirius xm is a VERY dishonest company. They will use tactics to cheat you out of money, claim they did not receive documents you email them, lead you to believe you have cancelled a service but continue to charge you. The agent at the terrible call center even admitted that she had been lying to me for over a month. BEWARE. This company’s business practices should be investigated and they should be shut down. They are scammers, liars, cheaters.

Do NOT agree to sign up with them The "free trial" forced on us with the new vehicle expired. We tried RTS on the mail (but they don't bother to have a return address), we tried calling to advise them we are not interested (either their staff doesn't understand English enough to take us off their mailing list, or they're trained to ignore you). Spam is ONGOING issue, so I just put it with today's date as that's the date we got the most recent spam in the mail.

Just cancel the account!!?? I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 hours I've tried on the phone I've tried online I've tried using the text feature and it never works. Believe me when I figure this out I will never use them again

The most condescending customer service… The most condescending customer service I have ever dealt with. Would not subscribe to this service. They use a very typical bait and hook program, doubling your fees at the end of the contract term.
