GBMy now ex-boyfriend signed up for this… My now ex-boyfriend signed up for this service in December. I dumped him around that time because he was on heroin pretty bad. I unsubscribed from everything I could jut missed this one. Yesterday, they took my last $10 and would not refund it even though I never used their service. They are terrible people and I hope they go out of business!

CADo NOT agree to sign up with them The "free trial" forced on us with the new vehicle expired. We tried RTS on the mail (but they don't bother to have a return address), we tried calling to advise them we are not interested (either their staff doesn't understand English enough to take us off their mailing list, or they're trained to ignore you). Spam is ONGOING issue, so I just put it with today's date as that's the date we got the most recent spam in the mail.

CAThe most condescending customer service… The most condescending customer service I have ever dealt with. Would not subscribe to this service. They use a very typical bait and hook program, doubling your fees at the end of the contract term.

GBHideous Hideous! Yesterday I had to cancel my Mastercard and get a new one because of these goat eckers. I asked Bank Americard to block them, but I ended up with charges anyway. I recommend just having your card reissued. The only way these goat people will stop charging you. P.S. there should be a law that requires all companies to allow you to cancel on the web.

CASirius XM sucks!! Sirius XM sucks!!! Old business model, more relevant before Covid when more people commuted to work. The most egregious operating practices of this “business” are AGGRESSIVE marketing and NEGATIVE billing. If you buy a vehicle that comes with their free trial, you’ll learn how it feels. And whatever you do, don’t provide a credit card number - it’s too much damn temptation, to charge indiscriminately, any time they want, years later, after you’ve cancelled and informed the card company not to authorize ANY charges from Sirius XM. NOTHING, EVER! Today, it was another ~ $600 subscription for a car we traded 8 years ago! After having the same conversation and blocking transactions, 3 years ago. And that was FIVE years after we no longer had the car! NO service is worth ongoing abuse and aggravation, that will be unleashed upon you. Pity the people without options, who promote and support dishonest, Your-money-is-the-ONLY-thing-we-care-about-publicly-traded-companies!
