GBI added $3.50 payrange for my son to… I added $3.50 to payrange for my son to do his laundry. Somehow it took an extra $100. I've been trying to get a refund since December 23. I've called and left Several messages.Emailed them several times m I'm sick of them! Completely ignoring me!!!

GBWatch out for SCAMS/HIDDEN FEES etc. Since purchasing the devices, there's been one hidden fee and sneak charge after another. The sales just want to close the loop and then leave you high and dry. The support team, while much more helpful than sales, is powerless. The support documentation for trying to set it up on your own is all over the place, inconsistent and confusing. I do recommend having someone guide you through the setup if you're going to use it otherwise you'll probably get screwed in another way. I have yet to make any money, in fact, payrange thinks I owe them money(!!), even though we've had multiple users use the machines over the past week. What's more, I had to go back and re-setup a machine because one was not working for tenants even though we did a test wash. They also told me multiple times that the free wash offer was off for new users, but it continues to be on and I am the one who is penalized for these mistakes. Would never recommend this company, there's gotta be another solution available!

GBThe worst app and customer service… The worst app and customer service EVER. Four times in last few months, PR has 'added funds' that I didn't authorize. Last incident four days ago -- $125! When you're on a fixed income and it's end of month, it's a nightmare to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Customer service will not tell me how to add my email address to my account, so it takes forever to reach them for help.

GBNot reliable The app timer and the machines do not seem to be in sync, sometimes it's off by 7 to 8 minutes. To the point that when I start the washers I'm setting my own timer on my cell phone because I cannot rely on the time that I'm getting from the app.

GBThe worst The worst. Since my complex has started using payrange, the machines are always broken and the app tends to randomly just take money and then it takes forever to resolve the situation and get your money back- if you do at all. Total scam. If your complex moves these in- move out. That is a sign your complex has given up trying for any good standards.
