These people are rip off city These people are rip off city. I lost $20 in their machines, contacted them 6 times, reported them to the better business bureau and they didn't even respond to them. Hopefully businesses will stop using this despicable company

Very convenient I appreciate being able to do my laundry without getting change. It is really convenient and saves a lot of trouble. I do not typically carry cash so getting change is a hassle. The service is responsive and has worked without issue every time I've used it.

Waiting for timer module for 11 months now We ordered 2 timer modules 11 months ago. At the time, their website said it had 6-8 weeks lead time. It still says so, but they are not able to ship these units for 11 months now because of their supply chain issues. Knowing the problem, they still keep accepting orders with the same 6-8 weeks notice.
