Good but charge too much fee with each transaction. The website was easy to setup and they were good about forwarding the funds on the 1st of each month of the fundraiser. However, the people that donated complained about how much GiveForward was actually collecting off of each donation. I agreed. Next time I will find a free website to collect funds for such a good cause

Poor customer service and trouble shooting. I was disappointed in our results. I began the undertaking with one person from your staff and admitted that I am not tech savvy. She was unwilling/unable to talk to me about how to expand my reach beyond the standard Facebook postings and emails. The next time I called, there was someone else "responsible" for my account. She too was not helpful. When I called a third time and got yet another individual, I gave up and just did my best with what I had. I did not find enough helpful info on the site about expanding our reach either. All n all, great idea. Poor execution.

Give the money to those who need it. If I had fully understood the market for crowdsourcing and how GiveForward works, I never would have used it. When I think about how much GiveForward took of the money we raised for my friend dying of cancer, it sickens me!

Generally a great experience/opportunity for fundraising What I don't like...google my name or any of the team members (including my 14yo) and links come up including pictures that were added in the giveforward listing. I don't like that anyone can find this readily available. I did this to help my best friend's daughter, I did not do this for people in my past to get a look into my life or that of my daughters. I thought the info/pics I provided would be kept within the site, not spread to search engines.

Failed Received only one donation and it was from the great grandmother, no one even bothered with our story.
