GBHorrible service Horrible service. Whenever they update the servers, all the permissions are reset to some default that is not consistent with your application needs and the site goes down. You contact them and they do nothing. Typical time down is 8 hours. This happens all the time and they have the guts to tell you that is normal. It's not normal for a site to go down everytime they make an update. It's so bad I created a monitoring system to record the events and when they get resolved.

UANo refunds + cheap - rigged ToS - couldn't get a refund 1 day after getting billed in year 2022 (forgot to cancel the subscription before, btw u could only do that through the support, not through the dashboard) Important note: I've made two mistakes (not knowing my subscription was still active; not knowing about the refund policy of this service), yet, I genuinely do not think their no-refund policy is forced upon them by external factors, just seems like a nice way to make some extra money on ppl like me.

SGVery bad experience from this provider. Very bad experience from this provider. Signup at your own risk! Their subscription description was not what I was provided. When I contacted their helpdesk, I was asked to pay additional for the services that I wanted. Then it became a matter of '.. we will get back to you in 3-5 hrs ...' which they never solved anything. When I finally had enough of this rubbish response over 3 months, I asked for a refund. They cancelled my account but never refunded any money without any notice. My account was dropped. Now I'll just keep on asking them to refund my money. AND submit a bad review anywhere where they exist on the internet until I get a refund. GBFrustrating Experience: Unreliable Service and Lackluster Support at ASPHostPortal Despite the initial affordability, my experience has been marred by significant issues: Ineffective Support: Solely relying on an online help desk made addressing critical issues, like server-related downtime and SSL configuration problems, frustrating and time-consuming. Performance Concerns: Frequent downtime and inconsistent performance negatively impacted the reliability of my website. Value for Money: While the service started cheap, the overall lack of support and service reliability made it poor value for money. Refund Policy: Upon canceling my account due to ongoing issues, ASPHostPortal refused to offer a refund for the unused portion of the subscription, reflecting a lack of customer-oriented policies. In summary, my time with ASPHostPortal was characterized by unreliable service and inadequate support. I recommend considering alternative hosting providers with a more customer-centric approach.

GBEasy deployment and user friendly They have a pretty nice look UI and easy to navigate. The service offerings are more straightfoward and their services suitable with personal and corporate business. For features and pricing, they are quite competitive. The other benefit using their hosting is the SSRS is cheap. Previously I tried Azure services, but the SSRS is very expensive. So, this is their main advantages using their services. With 1 account, you can also host many websites.
