GBSame as the person's review right below… Same as the person's review right below mine. Except I put in a cancellation request a MONTH in advance. They just refuse to cancel my account. As the person mentioned you have to do it through the ticket support system they don't allow you to cancel your own account. In my situation, everytime I tell them to cancel my account they just close my ticket and keep my account active. Still active to this day.

NGTheir support has been terrible Their support has been terrible. They could leave your ticket unanswered for over 4hrs and if they respond if you give feedback immediately you might have to wait another couple of hours. Just terrible.

CZHorrific hosting service If I could give them zero stars I would. I hosted my applications one by one somewhere else. The support is not helpful, they basically say your applications are not going to be working sometimes. They never solved anything for me. This is very bad hosting.

ESZero support The customer interface terrible. Everytime I try to change something on my account you get redirected to a different site. Like to update a hosting plan, you get sent back to the original site asphostportal.com and there is no option to LogIn, you just send your account password unprotected in the form details with the update . . .that is insane. Customer service is slow and really inconsistant. I have been told if I have a problem To make a ticket via https://www. asphosthelpdesk.com To contact https:// asphostportal .com/Contact-Us To contact support@ asphostportal.com To contact admin@ asphostportal.com I have been sent links to check my tickets both on zendesk https:// asphostportal.zendesk.com/ and on their terrible interface. I would understand this if it was not a tech based company but this gives me no faith to host my company servers here. Ive built better interfaces in a week. Also Ive been trying to cancel my account fo a week now and they still havent replied.
