Order needed a cattle prod 10 days after placing an order, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of order completion or shipping. I went to website and responded through the form provided and got no response. I called after hours and left a message...and got no response. I called two days later and got a customer service rep. She went about troubleshooting the order. It finally went through and was shipped within two business days.

Great product and Service!! I have ordered furnace filters several times over the past 3 years or so. I have always gotten just what I needed (they carry the "odd" size that cannot be purchased just anywhere). Price is reasonable and they ship and the package arrives as scheduled. I love working with this company and cannot say enough good about both the staff of employees who assist me as well as the quality of the filters I order. All is superb!! Highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

A totally unreliable company A totally unreliable company. They DO NOT respond to telephone inquiries (IF you can even get anyone to answer) - internet site tracking doesn't exist. Owner has DISABLED the ability to rate them on site (due to poor reviews). I finally resorted to Home Depot after waiting too long on this terrible company. DO NOT do business with Factory Direct Filters - IF you want to get your filter - ever.

Poor quality and size Just received my 2 - 5” media filters that were supposed to fit my Trane furnace. About 1/4” too tall and had to be forcibly pushed into the furnace tearing some of the filter. Contacted customer service and was told that’s the only size they have and wanted me to go to FedEx and send them back. Sorry your problem not mine. Refused to send me a replacement even after I sent numerous pictures. Avoid

Poor order processing and shipping. My first experience with the company was very disappointing. Sent numerous e-mails (trying to get a tracking number) and none were answered. Finally called a week after paying for the order to find out that the product had not even been processed for shipping. Eight days after payment, the product was finally shipped. It took another six days to receive the product. Fourteen days from payment to receipt of product. Very poor communication, lack of customer service and absolutely no urgency. The product ordered was a box of six 30"x30"x2" air filters.
