GBDespite several really bad reviews on… Despite several really bad reviews on this company, I have not experienced any bad customer service nor have the filters I have ordered been anything but great. They are equal in quality to what I have purchased from the Big Box stores as well as Large Chain Retail Variety Stores. I have examined the filters I personally buy to see how the quality & workmanship compare to other brands...and I don't see any difference. I do believe that they need to address these customer complaints and do their best to take immediate corrective action! Ratings GREATLY effect people's decisions on whether or not to even TRY using a company or not.

GBFilters sent are unsatisfactory ! Emails of complaint have been ignored. I've sent two emails in an attempt to get Factory Direct to instruct me as to what I need to do to return these filters. They are undersized, by more than 1/2 inch in one direction and nearly 3/4 inch in the other; I cannot use them in my application. Have not gotten so much as an acknowledgement back from the company. Nearly $50 wasted. Buyer beware!

GBCompany is unreliable 10 days after ordering, filters still never showed as left warehouse so I called. They said 4-6 more business days before shipping. Checked back and still not shipped. Finally showed as shipped 16 days after ordered. FedEx tracking gives it another 10 days to arrive. Seriously???? Will NEVER use this company again! I could have bought filters locally.

GBPoor order processing and shipping. My first experience with the company was very disappointing. Sent numerous e-mails (trying to get a tracking number) and none were answered. Finally called a week after paying for the order to find out that the product had not even been processed for shipping. Eight days after payment, the product was finally shipped. It took another six days to receive the product. Fourteen days from payment to receipt of product. Very poor communication, lack of customer service and absolutely no urgency. The product ordered was a box of six 30"x30"x2" air filters.

GBWrong Product Sent - Poor Service - Still Without Replacement Filter Sent me the wrong refrigerator filter and said it was an IT issue. Asked me to send pictures of the wrong filter, which I did. After many days of delay the customer rep. said she couldn't do anymore, it was in the hands of her supervisor. The supervisor eventually called me and was more interested in getting the wrong filter back than sending me the correct one. They picked up the wrong filter they sent me by FedEx over a week ago and I still have not received my replacement filter. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the original filter. I keep emailing them to find out the status of my replacement filter, but no answer. Take it from me and order your filters from someone else..
