This is my last order from Factory Direct Filters According to Factory Direct Filters' FAQ webpage, "Standard size air filters ship within 3 business days. Custom and non-standard sizes leave within 5 business days" It has been 11 days since I placed the order, but my order has still not been processed according to Customer Support. This is my second and last order. I will not do business with this company ever again

Poor order processing and shipping. My first experience with the company was very disappointing. Sent numerous e-mails (trying to get a tracking number) and none were answered. Finally called a week after paying for the order to find out that the product had not even been processed for shipping. Eight days after payment, the product was finally shipped. It took another six days to receive the product. Fourteen days from payment to receipt of product. Very poor communication, lack of customer service and absolutely no urgency. The product ordered was a box of six 30"x30"x2" air filters.

Ordered filters on 8/3/18 Ordered filters on 8/3/18. Order placement was for a very difficult size (19 7/8 x 21 3/8). Home Depot and Amazon could Not fill the order due to unique size. Filters were delivered 8/16/18. Just replaced the filter. Fits perfect. Order was placed within 8 business days for a unique size. Outstanding order fulfillment. Will place an order in the future. Bravo Zulu factory direct filters!

Despite several really bad reviews on… Despite several really bad reviews on this company, I have not experienced any bad customer service nor have the filters I have ordered been anything but great. They are equal in quality to what I have purchased from the Big Box stores as well as Large Chain Retail Variety Stores. I have examined the filters I personally buy to see how the quality & workmanship compare to other brands...and I don't see any difference. I do believe that they need to address these customer complaints and do their best to take immediate corrective action! Ratings GREATLY effect people's decisions on whether or not to even TRY using a company or not.

I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY STOP SENDING ME THESE EMAILS AND THEY STILL KEEP COMING. UNLESS YOU LIKE NUMEROUS EMAILS FROM THE SAME COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.
