GBLate processing and shipping order Factory Direct Filters did not meet the criteria promised and guaranteed in processing and shipping my order. My order was finally completed after I threatened to cancel after their time promised time limit had been ignored.. Like too many businesses in America, they seem to not care about customer service and keeping their word. I'm very disappointed and did not appreciate the misinformation that they tried to feed me.Oops! You've been busted

GBWaste of my time Ordered filters online and they were suppose to arrive by a certain date. I waited a few days to follow up and only then did they send out a "label created" email and notified me that the filters had shipped. Waited another 8 days and no filter. Emailed customer service again and they claim my package was lost. Seriously I can see the FedEx tracking. It never left their warehouse. Apparently they created a label to "appear" to be shipping something but it never shipped. Wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Waste of my time. If my credit card is not credited within 24 hours I'll file a dispute, more wasted time.

GBFilters sent are unsatisfactory ! Emails of complaint have been ignored. I've sent two emails in an attempt to get Factory Direct to instruct me as to what I need to do to return these filters. They are undersized, by more than 1/2 inch in one direction and nearly 3/4 inch in the other; I cannot use them in my application. Have not gotten so much as an acknowledgement back from the company. Nearly $50 wasted. Buyer beware!

GBNO SHIPMENT, POOR SERVICE Ordered filters July 21, 2020. It is now August 19 and no filters yet. Money cleared the bank July 22. Only receiving canned responses asking for five days to respond each time. This was not apparent the first time I ordered. Blaming shipping time on Covid-19???? THIS IS RIDICULOUS

GBA totally unreliable company A totally unreliable company. They DO NOT respond to telephone inquiries (IF you can even get anyone to answer) - internet site tracking doesn't exist. Owner has DISABLED the ability to rate them on site (due to poor reviews). I finally resorted to Home Depot after waiting too long on this terrible company. DO NOT do business with Factory Direct Filters - IF you want to get your filter - ever.
