GBWrong Product Sent - Poor Service - Still Without Replacement Filter Sent me the wrong refrigerator filter and said it was an IT issue. Asked me to send pictures of the wrong filter, which I did. After many days of delay the customer rep. said she couldn't do anymore, it was in the hands of her supervisor. The supervisor eventually called me and was more interested in getting the wrong filter back than sending me the correct one. They picked up the wrong filter they sent me by FedEx over a week ago and I still have not received my replacement filter. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the original filter. I keep emailing them to find out the status of my replacement filter, but no answer. Take it from me and order your filters from someone else..

GBCancel the payment for quick response... Ordered 6/25. Crickets after weeks of phone calls (had to leave voicemails) and emails (never responded). Initiated payment cancel after five weeks. Amazing response! Received the correct order within a week. Update 7 Sep, 20. The response from the company still doesn't address how my voicemails and website forms were ignored for 6 weeks before canceling the payment. And I didn't follow through with payment cancellation because the order was finally fulfilled. The point was that I was ignored until starting the payment cancellation process. Caveat Emptor.

CABad customer service Ordered previously with no problems but this time after ordering my shipment arrived 3 weeks late. Also when i ordered one of my set of filters i clicked on "12" filters on their site but the box only had 6 in them. i emailed them and they said if i wanted 6 more i can order more. THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EMAILING ABOUT. They took no responsibility for their mistake. They ended up saying (paraphrasing here) "oops. Typo. We let web people know. Bye." So nothing being done to mitigate the situation. Horrible customer service.

GBPoor quality and size Just received my 2 - 5” media filters that were supposed to fit my Trane furnace. About 1/4” too tall and had to be forcibly pushed into the furnace tearing some of the filter. Contacted customer service and was told that’s the only size they have and wanted me to go to FedEx and send them back. Sorry your problem not mine. Refused to send me a replacement even after I sent numerous pictures. Avoid

GBOrdered filters on 8/3/18 Ordered filters on 8/3/18. Order placement was for a very difficult size (19 7/8 x 21 3/8). Home Depot and Amazon could Not fill the order due to unique size. Filters were delivered 8/16/18. Just replaced the filter. Fits perfect. Order was placed within 8 business days for a unique size. Outstanding order fulfillment. Will place an order in the future. Bravo Zulu factory direct filters!
