NO SHIPMENT, POOR SERVICE Ordered filters July 21, 2020. It is now August 19 and no filters yet. Money cleared the bank July 22. Only receiving canned responses asking for five days to respond each time. This was not apparent the first time I ordered. Blaming shipping time on Covid-19???? THIS IS RIDICULOUS

A totally unreliable company A totally unreliable company. They DO NOT respond to telephone inquiries (IF you can even get anyone to answer) - internet site tracking doesn't exist. Owner has DISABLED the ability to rate them on site (due to poor reviews). I finally resorted to Home Depot after waiting too long on this terrible company. DO NOT do business with Factory Direct Filters - IF you want to get your filter - ever.

Order needed a cattle prod 10 days after placing an order, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of order completion or shipping. I went to website and responded through the form provided and got no response. I called after hours and left a message...and got no response. I called two days later and got a customer service rep. She went about troubleshooting the order. It finally went through and was shipped within two business days.

Wrong Product Sent - Poor Service - Still Without Replacement Filter Sent me the wrong refrigerator filter and said it was an IT issue. Asked me to send pictures of the wrong filter, which I did. After many days of delay the customer rep. said she couldn't do anymore, it was in the hands of her supervisor. The supervisor eventually called me and was more interested in getting the wrong filter back than sending me the correct one. They picked up the wrong filter they sent me by FedEx over a week ago and I still have not received my replacement filter. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the original filter. I keep emailing them to find out the status of my replacement filter, but no answer. Take it from me and order your filters from someone else..

This is my last order from Factory Direct Filters According to Factory Direct Filters' FAQ webpage, "Standard size air filters ship within 3 business days. Custom and non-standard sizes leave within 5 business days" It has been 11 days since I placed the order, but my order has still not been processed according to Customer Support. This is my second and last order. I will not do business with this company ever again
