Possible Scam - Green Screen never Received - full paid Do not reply to email, phone. Cases go unresolved thru BBB as well - but rating does not seem to be effected. Makes you wonder about that process as well. non-profit lost $730 in grant money trusting this operation and expended hours upon on hours of volunteer time trying to resolve.

EEFX.com is a big SCAM!!! They don't have a phone number and never respond to any email. I've waited a week and have not received my product.

Run away! Ordered from the company in early December in is now late march and I still have not recieved. Company must have called ID because when I call, they put me in the cue to be answered, then drop me to, all our customer service agents are busy right now, your call is important please leave ..... But the sales office and shipping are the same person! Never Ever return calls! They may be rated #1 under the google search, but that is about the only place they rate it! Save your money, efforts and more importantly your time and look at other companies. In this case you get what you pay for! Cheaper does not mean less money or hassle!

Upset This company is FRAUD....it's a shame that people operate like this. I too have made an order and it's been almost 2months now. They don't answer their phones, they only answered when I made the purchase so they must screen their calls. They don't reply to emails. They simply don't care. They are a waste of time & money. DON'T bother with these people. We reap what we sow, karma is real & it will come back around.

Awful Ordered green screen 6 weeks ago. They haven't shipped product, return emails or phone calls.
