GBNo Customer Service Thinking of buying from EEFX ? Think again ! We ordered a 20ft x 30ft greenscreen to be delivered to UK They DO NOT respond to emails, if you call by telephone they give excuses like "The Box is to big for the shipper", or " having quality control issues" They do not respond to any answerphone messages, and will not confirm a tracking or shipping number No emails sent to them will be responded to They state 6-10 days manufacture on their website. When getting through on the telephone, Rachel the sales assistant will act like they are completely innocent, when asked why they don't communicate with their clients, they do not have an answer, just excuses Still waiting to find out if the order we have placed will ever be delivered. Think the sales service is bad, what happens if you have a problem with the order after receiving it ??? I cant guess what the after sales service is like ! Stay well clear ! Extremely bad customer service.

GBSTAY AWAY! I failed to check this company's reviews before placing an order. After a week and no confirmation, I started checking. It was obviously a company that took money and didn't ship. Most people don't post their experiences, so judging by the number posted online there must be thousands who've had the same experience. EEFX.com is banking on the fact that most people won't pursue it. If you have ordered and not received a product, and even if it's been several years, contact PayPal to complain anyway.
