Unreachable company -- stay away I ordered a Green Screen from EEFX a couple months ago via the only payment system they accept, Paypal. They were quick to take my money, but have since been unresponsive to e-mail or phone. Currently in dispute resolution with Paypal (they have failed to respond to Paypal's inquires as well), and have recommended to them that they close down their account. As an alternative would recommend chroma-key.com. Bruce is very professional, and helped me get the same 3M foam green screen on my door step in 8 days including order processing, manufacturing, and shipping.

Great Product - Good Service I ordered a greenscreen from eefx.com and it was great, much better quality than others I have tried. I called to check on the status of my order and spoke to a sales rep that gave me tracking information. My screen arrived on time and worked great!

The service is awful I should have googled before I ordered. They don't pick up the phone, they don't return messages, and they don't answer emails. They shipped my order incomplete after waiting for weeks and getting no status. After a call Monday, it's Thursday and still they're not willing to overnight the missing parts so I can actually use the product I waited for weeks for. Have no idea if the actual product works since I have no clamps to hang it.

EEFX.com is a big SCAM!!! They don't have a phone number and never respond to any email. I've waited a week and have not received my product.

Awful Ordered green screen 6 weeks ago. They haven't shipped product, return emails or phone calls.
