We ordered a 20ft x 30ft greenscreen to be delivered to UK They DO NOT respond to emails, if you call by telephone they give excuses like "The Box is to big for the shipper", or " having quality control issues" They do not respond to any answerphone messages, and will not confirm a tracking or shipping number No emails sent to them will be responded to They state 6-10 days manufacture on their website. When getting through on the telephone, Rachel the sales assistant will act like they are completely innocent, when asked why they don't communicate with their clients, they do not have an answer, just excuses Still waiting to find out if the order we have placed will ever be delivered. Think the sales service is bad, what happens if you have a problem with the order after receiving it ??? I cant guess what the after sales service is like ! Stay well clear ! Extremely bad customer service.

Awful Ordered green screen 6 weeks ago. They haven't shipped product, return emails or phone calls.

the worst company I woluld give zero stars if that were an option. Customer service is nonexistent I have called, emailed and faxed them too many times with no response. When I finally spoke to someone, they said UPS could not deliver to my address. No confirmation number or tracking number were ever issued. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. On facebook two other eefx customers told me of the same results. Buyer beware! FRAUD!

EEFX.com is a big SCAM!!! They don't have a phone number and never respond to any email. I've waited a week and have not received my product.

Unreachable company -- stay away I ordered a Green Screen from EEFX a couple months ago via the only payment system they accept, Paypal. They were quick to take my money, but have since been unresponsive to e-mail or phone. Currently in dispute resolution with Paypal (they have failed to respond to Paypal's inquires as well), and have recommended to them that they close down their account. As an alternative would recommend chroma-key.com. Bruce is very professional, and helped me get the same 3M foam green screen on my door step in 8 days including order processing, manufacturing, and shipping.
