GBGood price for online basket order - The order was delivered on time with free shipping. The price of the gift was cheaper than on comparable sites. The contents were okay per recipients, but they found a few of the items a bit weird and not tasty. Overall the contents were okay, as good as you can do by mail order apparently. If you get a basket that is not included in the category for the current holiday you will get a better deal. For example get a spring tower for Easter instead of a basket designated specifically for Easter. The difference is not discernible.

GBFruit was bad quality and basket was flimsy. We ordered the large fruit basket which included a potted flowering plant and a candy and nut plate. Ordering was easy and the candy and nut plate was nice and delivered by Broadway Basketeer arrived on time. The fruit and flower basket which cost significantly more was not delivered and after complaining 2x, finally delivered but the fruit was not good quality and the basket was flimsy. Would not order from them again.

GBOrder did not arrive in time, terrible cusotmer service Ordered plenty in advance for a gift to be delivered on October 17th for my mother's 80th birthday. The item did not arrive until late in the evening on October 18th. Customer support (email only) blamed it on UPS and said they would 'talk internally about how to improve processes.' That didn't help me at all. Customer service was supposed to give me a personal call - they never did. They only refunded the shipping fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need your gift to arrive on a certain date. Poor customer service. Why have specific delivery dates if you can't guarantee arrival???? Will NEVER use this company again. Beware.

GBProfessional affordable packaging; variety of options I greatly appreciate the affordability of the products and the professional packaging.** I have recommended Broadway Basketeers to others...in fact, I became a customer after I received a lovely tower from a friend! I recently collected money from the office to purchase a group gift and I knew just from where to get it. Everyone was quite impressed with where their money went. I appreciate more options and would love to build affordable baskets a la carte....especially if one of the items is blueberry yogurt cookies! **However!! I was greatly disappointed that the greeting card message to the recipient was printed directly on the invoice. That was not professional. I had to purchase another card. Please fix this!! :( Thank you for the ease of gift giving. I plan to be a client for years to come.

GBComplete Failure Ordered on Monday Feb 19. Paid extra for Thursday delivery. It’s now Friday has not arrived. Tried calling and they close at 2pm on Fridays. What else but 1 star? Do not order from this company. Must be a mom and pop operation. Need my 111 dollars returned. Find another company to send a condolence gift for a death in family. These people FAILED.
