GBI’m so disappointed I’m so disappointed! I just found out from my friend that while the cookies were delivered, my very personal and heartfelt note was not in the package. In addition, the sender listed was not me! My friend tracked down the name listed as the sender and the woman assured her she hadn’t sent the package. I don’t understand how this happened!

GBOrdered basket standard shipping with… Ordered basket standard shipping with delivery date 11/22, tracking showed item wasn’t even handed over to shipper by 11/23, Basketeers stated they should receive it by Dec 1….. not 11/22, but by 12/1. Their standard shipping means they’ll get sometime within a 1 week projected window… Every other gift company I ever dealt with delivered on the chosen date. So use these guys if it’s OK for your gift to arrive sometime, whenever…

GBPositively the worst!!!! Positively the worst!!!!! Lied to me about ship date, delivered basked three days late and the person it was intended for had left the country. Awful customer service with nothing but excuses and total failure to admit responsibility even though provided tracking number proved that they were dishonest.

GBThey delivered a cheap bottle of wine… They delivered a cheap bottle of wine instead of the upgrade that I paid for. Then, I look bad for sending that person a cheap bottle of wine. When I called to complain, they did not try to make things right, they only offered me a refund for the difference in price of the more expensive wine, and they did not acknowledge the mistake that it was not about the difference in price but rather that the person receiving the cheap wine did not feel important, which is the point of the gift. They were not pleasant or corteous on the phone either.
