GBHidden costs Used curb for the first time this past weekend. Midtown to LGA. Booked the night before and chose it over Uber because it appeared to be about $25 cheaper. My $45 quoted fare quickly turned into $71 wiall the add-ons. Same price as Uber at the end. And beware that it defaults to a 20% tip unless you go into your account and change it. Found out too late.

GBDrivers never showed up for two separate confirmed rides today. I booked two separate rides on CURB today and both were cancelled by CURB at the last minute and "rescheduled" several times and NO driver ever showed up for either resevation. We were going to and returning from an event. If CURB reservations cannot be relied upon, why bother to use CURB? Believe me, I wanted to use this service and not use UBER for lots of reasons, but it cannot be depended upon. The policy to let drivers cancel at the last minute must be changed.

GBCOMPANY FULL OF CRIMINALS, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! This company somehow got a hold of my debit card information and charged me for services I never ordered. When trying to contact customer service through the numbers provided none of them worked or were for actual customer service. Tried going through their live chat option but would've had to have paid additional money to continue to the next rep. that was "actually going to help." Basically I'm not getting my money back. THIS BUSINESS IS CROOKED AND FULL OF CRIMINALS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!

GBTerrible Like others I liked the idea of supporting drivers so tried the app, but I tried it twice and there were no cabs available either time. Plus, the second time the app took about 20 minutes to tell me that, by which time I had decided to walk. The worst part is that they charged my credit card and I am trying to get them to refund me, so far without any luck. Good concept, absolutely terrible execution.
