Scheduled a taxi for early morning Scheduled a taxi for early morning. Driver assigned, after several minutes I noticed car not moving and I. A neighborhood street. Called dri8, he asked where I was going. After I told him, he said system is not working. Cancelled ride. Requested new ride, same situation. 2nd assigned driver hung up without speak.

Terrible experience with Curb Terrible experience with Curb. On June 5, 2023 I reserved a cab to drive us from midtown Manhattan to LaGuardia Airport, timely arrival being of the essence. Despite assurances from Curb that the cab would arrive as requested, a cab never showed. No one called; no one sought to contact us about any delay or problem. We were forced, at the last minute, to hail a cab from the street. When I reported the issue to Curb, I received no response beyond the generic claim that they couldn't be responsible for "no shows." I also noticed that I was charged $41 and change on my debit card, which was never reimbursed.

Horrible! Horrible!! Dropped off at the wrong destination. Driver argued that his maps told him it was the address, meanwhile looking at his screen, & showing him it on my phone it was the wrong address. He insisted it was right. He could not speak English, now I’m In dispute. Emailed curb immediately, they offered me my tip back!! I screenshot the drop off point for proof. Waiting on CC dispute. Curb denied my dispute.

This is an extremely misleading app This is an extremely misleading app. I used Curb for the first time yesterday. When I booked my ride the cost was shown as $19.00 and it’s temporary hold, was put on my card to secure that amount. When I got my receipt at the end of the ride, the final cost was $29.00! The base price was almost $20.42, not $19.00. Then there were taxes and fees, including a $1.00 fee to use the app (an “improvement surcharge”), totaling $4.00. Finally, my 20% tip was based on the final cost, including the $4.00 in taxes and fees, rather than the base cost. So it ended up costing significantly more than I thought it would be. They need to be a lot more transparent in their pricing structure.

Wish I could give zero stars Wish I could give zero stars! This company TRIPLE charged my husband and only refunded one transaction. We have reached out multiple times over MONTHS and not been given help or support. It seems several other people have had similar problems.
