Scam and very poor customer service I booked a cab the night before for… I booked a cab the night before for 4.30 am the next morning for the airport in New Orleans. The driver who picked me up said the platform screen was not working and insisted that I pay him cash. Curb also charged me an additional 38 USD and refuses to refund me after numerous interactions with customer service. Terrible, untrustworthy company. Avoid at all costs.

COMPANY FULL OF CRIMINALS, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! This company somehow got a hold of my debit card information and charged me for services I never ordered. When trying to contact customer service through the numbers provided none of them worked or were for actual customer service. Tried going through their live chat option but would've had to have paid additional money to continue to the next rep. that was "actually going to help." Basically I'm not getting my money back. THIS BUSINESS IS CROOKED AND FULL OF CRIMINALS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, DON'T USE THEM EVER!!!

Horrible! Horrible!! Dropped off at the wrong destination. Driver argued that his maps told him it was the address, meanwhile looking at his screen, & showing him it on my phone it was the wrong address. He insisted it was right. He could not speak English, now I’m In dispute. Emailed curb immediately, they offered me my tip back!! I screenshot the drop off point for proof. Waiting on CC dispute. Curb denied my dispute.

Called dri8, he asked where I was going. After I told him, he said system is not working. Cancelled ride. Requested new ride, same situation. 2nd assigned driver hung up without speak.

Scan alert The only reason you’re getting a 1 is because I can’t select zero. This was the worst can experience ever. The driver had horrible driving. He overcharged us. He took a long back route to get extra money. I had my gps on and called him out on it and continued to do it. He was rude and disrespectful. This is the reason people don’t use or trust your taxis anymore. Such a shame that your company is scamming people out of money on Christmas. Do not use this company it’s an organized scam unit. They need to be shut down.
