NZBusiness! Don't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole! Suspended all direct debits for gyms nationwide with no warning, no options and absolutely no legislative authority. While gym owners are working around the clock to move their classes and offerings online, Ezidebit took the decision to simply stop all payments from all members. Totally unacceptable!

AUWasn’t even able to register with them Wasn’t even able to register with them. The process of making a simple account was absolutely tedious and the end result they were asking me to visit a legal centre to verify my ID. I spent weeks emailing and calling them. Terrible experience

NZYou are charging me way too much money You are charging me way too much money. I am a Solo Mum on a single benefit. You havent communicated with me of when you will be taking money out my account. I had contacted the gym and ended my contract months ago. You owe me alot of money!!!

AURipp off fees Ripp off fees, $14.80 each time there is no money in your account no warning they charge every day like a fine If you're a business they will tarnish your name. I will never subscribe to a business that uses Ezidebit Update to Ezi-Con reply. Hi James, I called Ezi debit and totally useless and the operator used recycled T&C jargon talks and offered no resolution. I asked for my card to be removed, would not do it. Where is the contract you promised you would send that outlines the T&C's I signed to agree to a rip off dishonour fee of $14.80? Again today another $14.80c charged to my card that's 4 in 2 days! $59.20! For those reading, Ezi debit fine you at their leisure, no prewarning that your account is to be debited. The money goes straight to Ezi debits pockets and not the business your dealing with. It's my mission to take out Ezy-conartist. You're a bunch of thieves.
