I would give no star if I could I would give no star if I could. Absolute disgusting money grabbing thieves. The money is in my account but they don't take it when it's meant, then charge me a fee. The following week I make sure the money is in there, instead they take their late fee, leaving me short then charge me again. I will be cancelling my card to get away from these unscrupulous thieves.

Hi James, I called Ezi debit and totally useless and the operator used recycled T&C jargon talks and offered no resolution. I asked for my card to be removed, would not do it. Where is the contract you promised you would send that outlines the T&C's I signed to agree to a rip off dishonour fee of $14.80? Again today another $14.80c charged to my card that's 4 in 2 days! $59.20! For those reading, Ezi debit fine you at their leisure, no prewarning that your account is to be debited. The money goes straight to Ezi debits pockets and not the business your dealing with. It's my mission to take out Ezy-conartist. You're a bunch of thieves.

Terrible customer service & Fees Terrible customer service - the fees they take for first payments and dishonour payments are outrageous and unfair. Waited over a week to get payments processing back up on site after being told we had never had it, we have been a customer with this processing for 7 years! Still no payments processing, they never sent email and after they had, no follow up or activation four days later. Do not join this company find one who has a ethos and good customer service. We will be. They have no idea !
