GBWarning - doesn’t do as their sales people say. Warning. Do your full homework first and don’t just take their sales teams word for it. We signed up after being told by two sales people it would fully integrate with woocommerce however this is incorrect. Their system cannot handle sales prices from woocommerce so if you’re running a normal / simple woocommerce site this point of sale is no good! They refunded half our $356 saying we had use of their system which is untrue. We contacted our sales guy within 48 hours pointing out multiple issues that arose when we tried to use it. Now their account people are saying they have done everything they can and to talk to our sales person, but he has not replied to multiple emails.

NZThe product itself is decent but that's… The product itself is decent but that's where it ends. Support is limited to emails only or some sort of chat that isn't chat (there is nobody there). Add to that their unwillingness to fix issues. If you want to upload csv's you need to use Open Office instead of Excel as they are unable to decode Excel csv's. Unbelievable.

ZASince being bought out by LightSpeed Since being bought out by LightSpeed, their customer service is beyond pathetic. The support staff cannot solve any problem. They just dont come back to you on queries raised and their attempt at AI bots to solve queries is useless. As someone who has 5 stores with them, I am seriously considering changing to a new POS. PS: sad as they use to be good.

GBStarted with VendHQ POS Started with VendHQ POS, which was great. Lightspeed purchased them and now force you to use their payment processing system or else charge you processing fees if you use a third party processor. Don't know how this can be legal. Going to drop them

GBVend has been great...but Vend has been great for my small brick & mortar store connected to a Big Commerce website. I have two items keeping me from a 5 ratings. 1) "Pay in Store" orders on Big Commerce should import to vend as "Parked" orders. The current workaround for handling "Pay in Store" orders is terrible. 2) Sales Reporting is not robust. Simply trying to to find out "which customers bought this item" shouldn't require dumping all sales into a spreadsheet.
