DKInsanely bad support & bad quality of service. After multiple issues, delayed account setup, misinformation and website downtime for over 24 hours, I am sick and tired of this company. ´Their sorry excuse for a support desk has an average response time of 2-3 hours, and they seem very inadequately educated. Their so-called "live" support is almost just as slow as thir ticket system. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am never doing business with them again, and I can not recommend them in any way.

GBI checked out a few dozen hosting… I checked out a few dozen hosting services. It seems like every one had some deal-breaking issue, so I was skeptical when I checked out Hosting24. However, after seeing they did all the core things right, and after seeing the best prices around, I became a believer. They're helpful, reliable, and all around wonderful. I think i'm a customer for life!!

NZI have been using hosting24 for about 10 years I have been using hosting24 for about 10 years now. And typically they have been good. But for the past two years i have had a few issues with my email and website when they change over servers. Thursday my website and emails went down and have been waiting frustratingly trying to get a honest response and back up and running. This is now going on FOUR DAYS and they still haven’t fixed the problem. This is unacceptable, and kills businesses with these types of disruptions

BDNumber one scammer in world I am an old customer of them and I have a 14 years old domain there which value is much now. They suspend it without any reason and never inform me about it. Suddenly I noticed my domain suspend. If you have any hosting or domain with hosting24 or hostinger make sure to switch soon.

GBSLOW Customer Service, not listening to the customer At first use, Hosting24 was fine. My use of this hosting service consisted of accessing the CPanel for uploading some edited HTML files for my client. Now, things are a complete disaster. There is no way to get help in a timely manner, especially in an urgent situation. There is no phone number, no urgent option, nothing. Just wait while my client's site suffers during their peak business time. I gave specific directions to the person on the hosting24 customer service chat, and the instructions were not followed. I now have a WordPress website that was not supposed to go live, now live. I specifically told them to migrate the site to the staged environment I had created on the hosting24 server. Easy instructions. They were not followed. Now my client is upset that this site is not what they wanted. Now I'm waiting on the chat for urgent help. If there was a phone number to use to escalate situations like this, then this one-star review would have probably been a five-star review, and this review would be telling how helpful and courteous hosting24 was in fixing their error. Please change your customer service options. This is extremely unavoidable.
