DKNEVER EVER BUY HERE AGAIN! I will never buy at hosting24 ever again! Customer service have a bad atitude! when i requested a cancel of my domain they charged me for a whole ekstra month, i requested a refund of that because their support made a mistake and charge med ekstra (Wich can happend for everyone), but afterwards i was promised a refund of those money, never seen a sight of them. requested them one more time and they refuse to give me back the money because i return after their 30 days money back! (1st. request was about 14 days after).

KEThey don't provide what I had paid for I am also an old customer with a Reseller account for may years. The account has NO disk nor bandwidth limits. Recently wanted to add a new website and - oops - they tell me that I had exceeded the (non-existing) disk limit. Now all the package selectors are disabled, so cannot add a website. I had complained to customer service, they confirmed unlimited disk space and promised to rectify the WHM. Today they confirmed that this is resolved - only to find that this is still NOT resolved and I still can't add a website. I am a webdesigner and reseller, so my business came to a halt and I am on the brink of collapse. Hosting24 has become the WORST hosting company and now I am looking for a different and more reliable hosting partner! I am disgusted with them.

DENot that good for Reseller hosting I used hosting24 before shifting to site hosting club. Hosting24 is overpriced and performance is too bad. I don't recommend

PTWebsite goes down, support doesn't help I've been a client of this hosting company for several years, only because I had the sad idea of paying several years at once, due to a discount. Can't count how many times my website went down with no reason. I send them emails, hours later they say they'll check, reply with reasons I can't understand and each email takes a day to answered. Sometimes you get a helpful person, often times they just don't care as I am locked to a plan that is paid for. Once they suggested that I should go for a more expensive plan to solve some of my problems, but obviously it didn't change a thing.
