I've been with them for 2 yrs and for… I've been with them for 2 yrs and for the past 4 months it has been one issue after the other. Website having lots of downtime, emails not working, always trying to say that cause is never on their end when in fact it clearly is. I've moved my hosting to a new provider and what would you know, I've had no issues there. They really need to get sorted or they will continue to lose clients. I will be moving all my other websites from them as they can never resolve any of the issues.

They don't provide what I had paid for I am also an old customer with a Reseller account for may years. The account has NO disk nor bandwidth limits. Recently wanted to add a new website and - oops - they tell me that I had exceeded the (non-existing) disk limit. Now all the package selectors are disabled, so cannot add a website. I had complained to customer service, they confirmed unlimited disk space and promised to rectify the WHM. Today they confirmed that this is resolved - only to find that this is still NOT resolved and I still can't add a website. I am a webdesigner and reseller, so my business came to a halt and I am on the brink of collapse. Hosting24 has become the WORST hosting company and now I am looking for a different and more reliable hosting partner! I am disgusted with them.

Insanely bad support & bad quality of service. After multiple issues, delayed account setup, misinformation and website downtime for over 24 hours, I am sick and tired of this company. ´Their sorry excuse for a support desk has an average response time of 2-3 hours, and they seem very inadequately educated. Their so-called "live" support is almost just as slow as thir ticket system. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am never doing business with them again, and I can not recommend them in any way.

Never Ever Again I'm stuck with them for the last two years cause of payment. Please don't buy anything from them cause of the cheapest. They can use my balance which I can not see and control. I always wait for support for more than 2 hours. I don't know how they hire people who always ask another team or repeat what I say to keep me busy. Please stay away from Hosting24!!!
