GBhad been with them for 2-3 years but … had been with them for 2-3 years but ended up with a very bad tone as they didnt pay my referral fee while adding one of my clients. And when contacted, the customer service was bit rude and didnt bother if I leave. Left few years back and now I have purchased 5 other servers as my clientele have become over 200. Had they just paid me £20-£30 commission, they would have got all of my business as currently paying over £600 per year behind server.

DENot that good for Reseller hosting I used hosting24 before shifting to site hosting club. Hosting24 is overpriced and performance is too bad. I don't recommend

ITI am a customer fo Hostin24 since 2018 I am a customer fo Hostin24 since 2018, i bought the shared hosting plan with unnlimited diskspace. In the mean time they have changed the settings and now i find my self paying for an unnlimited web space but receiving 50gb only! The support is making fun of me and avoid the direct problem

PKWorst technical support Worst customer and technical support offered by hosting24. I wanted to switch my website from cpanel to their hpanel (both hosted with them). There was no option cancel or switch the cpanel hosting so I had to ask the customer service team to cancel the cpanel plan. They were not able to remove my domain from it. Once it was cancelled the new hosting simply rejected it saying it's already hosted. The technical wasn't able to solve this for 10hours and they still are. This caused a significant offline time for my website and resulted in loss of revenue. I also had a similar experience with registering a domain with them which Required extra requirements. All the documents were provided yet the took 10 days to register. Worst technical support I have ever encountered.

DKInsanely bad support & bad quality of service. After multiple issues, delayed account setup, misinformation and website downtime for over 24 hours, I am sick and tired of this company. ´Their sorry excuse for a support desk has an average response time of 2-3 hours, and they seem very inadequately educated. Their so-called "live" support is almost just as slow as thir ticket system. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am never doing business with them again, and I can not recommend them in any way.
