GBI requested a refund and was denied it I requested a refund due to lack of quality and looks different as advertised. The company was difficult and told me they don’t do refunds based on my personal reasons, basically refusing to give me a refund and asked me to send a picture of the backdrop. I will never purchase anything again from this company nor recommend anyone else to. I feel like I was scammed.
