Thousand of hours and copyright material they damaged. Instead of honoring to help fix issues with customers they attack your site.

Beware of their lack of customer care I have had a free website with Weebly since 2014 where I have written a blog and uploaded photos. Recently something went wrong in my account through no fault of my own. I have tried every way possible to communicate with someone to find out why I am now blocked from logging in. As you can imagine I have so much information I can no longer access. I am really disappointed with their customer care and at this point in time would certainly not recommend them at all.

Unable to Pay Needed to pay for an upgrade for multi-language. Disabled VPN, adblockers, etc. PayPal still will not load. Payment by credit card option says cards for Barclaycard also Tide not accepted. Run out of ideas as to how I might pay. I've had Weebly since 2015 I've had Weebly since 2015. I never really liked it (I don't really need much in the way of a website and I'm proudly pretty i.t. illiterate), but it has never been very easy to use and now that Square bought them, the raised my price by 140% this spring! Seriously? What the hell is wrong with these people?

Do not recommend - expensive and bad service It used to be a very nice website builder at a cheap rate. However, they have been taken over several years ago, and have been in decline ever since. Prices spiked, reneging on previous agreements and purchase plans, while service plummeted. Highly recommend to stay away from this provider.
