9 year PRO Site Owner I'm a long standing going on 9 years pro site owner. Service used to be fair but now I can't even make changes to my payment method. Have tried all of their written standard directions but there's no fix and no one to contact. Unacceptable especially for business owners. Go elsewhere, I am. UPDATE Weebly was purchased by Square and offers different options.

Looks bad and I can't get any help I can't get any help. My portfolio site looks terrible. Images are fuzzy and changes don't save as they are supposed to; it's really unpredictable how things will look on mobile or web browser once you actually publish your changes. Now that Square has bought Weebly, things haven't improved - I'm just getting forced to sign up with Square to access my website editor, even though I'm not selling product and I don't need Square. Will be changing to another web host / site builder.

Unable to Pay Needed to pay for an upgrade for multi-language. Disabled VPN, adblockers, etc. PayPal still will not load. Payment by credit card option says cards for Barclaycard also Tide not accepted. Run out of ideas as to how I might pay. Do I really have to pay by Bitcoin? 11/05/2023 Is this website builder no longer set to work with UK customers? Trying to pay for multilanguage upgrade, Paypal won't load after 10 minutes and the Credit Card payment option doesn't accept a UK Barclaycard. Don't you want my business?

Beware of their lack of customer care I have had a free website with Weebly since 2014 where I have written a blog and uploaded photos. Recently something went wrong in my account through no fault of my own. I have tried every way possible to communicate with someone to find out why I am now blocked from logging in. As you can imagine I have so much information I can no longer access. I am really disappointed with their customer care and at this point in time would certainly not recommend them at all.

I've had Weebly since 2015 I've had Weebly since 2015. I never really liked it (I don't really need much in the way of a website and I'm proudly pretty i.t. illiterate), but it has never been very easy to use and now that Square bought them, the raised my price by 140% this spring! Seriously? What the hell is wrong with these people?
