GBDifficult to Use, No Support Very hard to use architecture for building a website; plus no customer support! Created an online store through partnership with Square. The site builder is hard to use and features are limited. Ran into trouble and ONLY has a weak online support. Phone support ONLY for high tier customers!

CAWeebly customer service non existant I've had the same domain for 20 years. Most of that with ipage. Never had a problem until they recently tripled their price for hosting. I have a simple website, 3 or 4 pages, no stores, selling nothing. I'm an artist and ipage used Weebly to make your site. Anyways, I couldn't afford the 3x raise in hosting so I thought I'll just go to Weebly as I had been already using it. Weebly could not save my site. They hooked me up with Square which I don't need. Never needed it. I have not been able to get my site up and running since January 2024 (almost 3 mos now). I paid to renew my domain with them which I paid. Then they also charged me for Square which I don't need another $27. There is almost no support to straighten things out. Only by emails and it's as if the person is not reading my email explaining the problems because the answers are inconclusive and don't solve the problems. So frustrating! I'm looking at Hostinger now, has great reviews on Trustpilot. Stay away from Weebly and Square.

ESBeware of their lack of customer care I have had a free website with Weebly since 2014 where I have written a blog and uploaded photos. Recently something went wrong in my account through no fault of my own. I have tried every way possible to communicate with someone to find out why I am now blocked from logging in. As you can imagine I have so much information I can no longer access. I am really disappointed with their customer care and at this point in time would certainly not recommend them at all.

GBCall a 555 number from the UK? Locked out of my website by there still being my old telephone number. Ive been advised the issue can be sorted but i need to call a number starting 555 from the UK which isn't possible. I think it is essential that when building a website you look at where at what number your customer service .

GBCustomer Service Reimagined?? Been trying to recover my old Weebly account using the email address and password associated with the account without success. Tried to reset password numerous times but I'm not getting a reset link email from weebly. I tried their online form, its not working, can't submit. I tried posting to the weebly community, I can't do that unless I am a member of "square"? I tried to email info at weebly dot com (which trust pilot say they use) and received an automated response that email address is not monitored and provided me with the same links to do all the things I've done above that failed. The customer service is almost non existent!
