GBCharging £ for an account that I no… Charging £ for an account that I no longer have. Trying to cancel/close with them is near-on impossible as my account now re-directs to Square who have taken over Weebly, And Square cannot find my details. My dispute with my bank is also rejected by them

GBGood builder, bad support Good product, bad support The Weebly builder itself is great (I haven't found anything close to it) but the support sucks. They were bought out by square in 2018 and not sure what happened but since then their support has been abysmal. I had an issue with inviting members to edit my website, but the inviting members wouldn't receive an invitation from Weebly. I literally contacted Weebly like six times and it was always some automated response and they kept saying they'd get back to me but never did. Unfortunately I haven't found a suitable alternative to Weebly. They have bugs that come and go, which is already a bummer, but the complete lack of support is wild.

GBUsed to be my go to, now Weebly got greedy Weebly used to be my favourite website builder, especially for buying a domain name. I could get two years for around 30 pounds. Now they are greedy and have put it up to a whopping 200 pounds. I cannot beleive they are now charging so much and shi*ting on long term customers. disgusting

ESBeware of their lack of customer care I have had a free website with Weebly since 2014 where I have written a blog and uploaded photos. Recently something went wrong in my account through no fault of my own. I have tried every way possible to communicate with someone to find out why I am now blocked from logging in. As you can imagine I have so much information I can no longer access. I am really disappointed with their customer care and at this point in time would certainly not recommend them at all.

GBSlow to respond to urgent issues Contacted them on April 6th to inquire about a reseller's account and after several weeks of silence, non-returned emails, back and forth with their Twitter account, they finally afford a one sentence response: The reseller program is full. Why did it take nearly a month to provide this simple statement?! What a complete and colossal waste of time. Don't expect timely responses from them if your matter is urgent.
