GBAwful, unreliable, and distrustful weekly hides so many essential pieces of information that can truly hurt and ruin your business. if you have more than one type of shipping (such as USPS Priority Mail small or medium boxes), you have to pay $80 A MONTH to be able to assign those boxes to certain items. THIS IS A SCAM. and completely ruined the hundreds I spent on printing my flyers to share my business because now I can't even CHARGE FOR SHIPPING PROPERLY ON MY WEEBLY SITE.

GBLooks bad and I can't get any help I can't get any help. My portfolio site looks terrible. Images are fuzzy and changes don't save as they are supposed to; it's really unpredictable how things will look on mobile or web browser once you actually publish your changes. Now that Square has bought Weebly, things haven't improved - I'm just getting forced to sign up with Square to access my website editor, even though I'm not selling product and I don't need Square. Will be changing to another web host / site builder.

GBGood builder, bad support Good product, bad support The Weebly builder itself is great (I haven't found anything close to it) but the support sucks. They were bought out by square in 2018 and not sure what happened but since then their support has been abysmal. I had an issue with inviting members to edit my website, but the inviting members wouldn't receive an invitation from Weebly. I literally contacted Weebly like six times and it was always some automated response and they kept saying they'd get back to me but never did. Unfortunately I haven't found a suitable alternative to Weebly. They have bugs that come and go, which is already a bummer, but the complete lack of support is wild.

ZANo support and old tech The support when you have any issue is non existent. Even trying to reach out via social media gets zero response. The tech has also gone backward compared to WIX so I'm looking at transferring after a decade away...

GBThe company stated that it was the… The company stated that it was the other hosting companies fault. Turns out after 3 days and 4 different case numbers. There company does not support VPS name servers or "custom name servers". So, do not park your domain here. Do not bother writing down your case number as well. The tech support cannot reference them.
