GBI've had Weebly since 2015 I've had Weebly since 2015. I never really liked it (I don't really need much in the way of a website and I'm proudly pretty i.t. illiterate), but it has never been very easy to use and now that Square bought them, the raised my price by 140% this spring! Seriously? What the hell is wrong with these people?

GB9 year PRO Site Owner I'm a long standing going on 9 years pro site owner. Service used to be fair but now I can't even make changes to my payment method. Have tried all of their written standard directions but there's no fix and no one to contact. Unacceptable especially for business owners. Go elsewhere, I am. UPDATE Weebly was purchased by Square and offers different options.

GBThe company stated that it was the… The company stated that it was the other hosting companies fault. Turns out after 3 days and 4 different case numbers. There company does not support VPS name servers or "custom name servers". So, do not park your domain here. Do not bother writing down your case number as well. The tech support cannot reference them.

ESBeware of their lack of customer care I have had a free website with Weebly since 2014 where I have written a blog and uploaded photos. Recently something went wrong in my account through no fault of my own. I have tried every way possible to communicate with someone to find out why I am now blocked from logging in. As you can imagine I have so much information I can no longer access. I am really disappointed with their customer care and at this point in time would certainly not recommend them at all.

GBGood builder, bad support Good product, bad support The Weebly builder itself is great (I haven't found anything close to it) but the support sucks. They were bought out by square in 2018 and not sure what happened but since then their support has been abysmal. I had an issue with inviting members to edit my website, but the inviting members wouldn't receive an invitation from Weebly. I literally contacted Weebly like six times and it was always some automated response and they kept saying they'd get back to me but never did. Unfortunately I haven't found a suitable alternative to Weebly. They have bugs that come and go, which is already a bummer, but the complete lack of support is wild.
