Used to be my go to, now Weebly got greedy Weebly used to be my favourite website builder, especially for buying a domain name. I could get two years for around 30 pounds. Now they are greedy and have put it up to a whopping 200 pounds. I cannot beleive they are now charging so much and shi*ting on long term customers. disgusting

Unable to Pay Needed to pay for an upgrade for multi-language. Disabled VPN, adblockers, etc. PayPal still will not load. Payment by credit card option says cards for Barclaycard also Tide not accepted. Run out of ideas as to how I might pay. Do I really have to pay by Bitcoin? 11/05/2023 Is this website builder no longer set to work with UK customers? Trying to pay for multilanguage upgrade, Paypal won't load after 10 minutes and the Credit Card payment option doesn't accept a UK Barclaycard. Don't you want my business?

Difficult to Use, No Support Very hard to use architecture for building a website; plus no customer support! Created an online store through partnership with Square. The site builder is hard to use and features are limited. Ran into trouble and ONLY has a weak online support. Phone support ONLY for high tier customers!

Slow to respond to urgent issues Contacted them on April 6th to inquire about a reseller's account and after several weeks of silence, non-returned emails, back and forth with their Twitter account, they finally afford a one sentence response: The reseller program is full. Why did it take nearly a month to provide this simple statement?! What a complete and colossal waste of time. Don't expect timely responses from them if your matter is urgent.

The company stated that it was the… The company stated that it was the other hosting companies fault. Turns out after 3 days and 4 different case numbers. There company does not support VPS name servers or "custom name servers". So, do not park your domain here. Do not bother writing down your case number as well. The tech support cannot reference them.
