GBTerrible customer service. They have terrible customer service and threatened to sue if you wanted to alter the terms of service in terms of length or the amount of transponders you have. If they can charge you for something they will and again they will sue you out of your contract with them even if they can’t accommodate your needs.

GBCustomer service not a priority; just grab the sale Truly a bad experience! The customer service of this company is just not there. I have been waiting without success to get someone to respond to our drivers not being able to log into whatever app that they should be using to document their time. I have been told; “I’ll call you back” “They’re working on it” “I’m on top of it” and other failed follow-ups. This all during the Formula 1 Weekend in Austin and my drivers are not able to service the area because we do not have a functioning ELD system. This has cost us dearly!

GBYou could never get a cancellation You could never get a cancellation. Spireon never cancelled or helped!!! I had to go through Sprint to accomplish anything!

GB4 weeks ago installed 4 weeks ago installed. Very happy with everything BUT!!!! I keep getting texts and multiple robophone calls daily for the last 4 weeks to call and schedule my installation! I've tried desperately to reach someone without success! I am extremely aggravated and want them to STOP! IMMEDIATELY!

GBWithin a year it stopped working Within a year it stopped working, and requires reinstalling. Customer service says I have to bring it back to the dealership, they can’t help me. The dealership is in Las Vegas, and I live in San Francisco; they won’t help
