USStay away!! Stay away!! Once you sign up you're indebted to the fine print. I signed a contract 12 years ago and have never been be provided with a single 'auto renew' email or any communication in terms of my contract - which is seems a common courtesy in business. My contract states (in almost unreadable print) a $250 closure fee. I was charged a $495 cancellation fee after 12 years of business. I have sent multiple emails in regards to the discrepancy, all unanswered. To talk to anyone you have to navigate call centers to process the cancellation and then call them to find out if it actually went through. A totally non transparent process protecting their company and aimed to trap consumers. Both authorize.net and American Express cancelled my account on the spot, no charge. I've never dealt with a company designed to trap and default to a contract signed a decade ago without any annual communication or consumer updates on time periods. Very poor practice. Go elsewhere.

USDon't get Evopayment..Promise lower rates then Charge very higher rates and fees Evopayment promised me lower rates to get my account. But never got lower rates as promised. Evopayment charged higher rates and fees every month. My business was losing $400-$500 every month because of higer rates and fees. Don't get Evopayment.

USOrdered a POS system that came with… Ordered a POS system that came with everything, ready to go out the box from EPOS Was not aware they opened a contract with this company When I got a new pos system, I had to go through 4 different companies to close my account with evo Upon doing so, was charged 495$ as they never received a notice to close an account 90 days in advance Avoid this company like the plague - literally no one is happy with them

USI wouldn’t recommend EVO to anyone not… I wouldn’t recommend EVO to anyone not even my worst enemy. We are finally canceling with them after 2 years of every month the fees being different. We have paid from 50.00 a month to 400.00 a month no small business can do that. They can’t explain your monthly fees bc they say it changes every month. We have called numerous times and tried to get an explanation for the huge amount taken out of our accounts but they always say they alerted us in our statements and emails which we never got one time during the two years with this pathetic company if that is what you would even call it. It’s a scam you will be ripped off and unfortunately we had to learn the hard way so please go elsewhere.

USWe are a small organic farm trying to… We are a small organic farm trying to grow healthy food for are area. We have had the most unbelievable experience WITH Evos. They are very unethical and unprofessional. They always have an answer for screwing you. Went to cancel our services after 3yrs and found out that we needed to cancel by first if January so now we were in another 3yr contract. Going to cost us $495 to cancel it. Plus they ripped us with a supposedly free wireless reader to use at farmers market. Went to return that and cancel that account. Ended up since we returned the reader late, they charged up with $695 event hough they did receive equipment, plus a;$495 fee for canceling that account. I have a lot of notes, so I'm looking into further action against them. Oh, found out they have been taken over by another company recently. Don't ever do buisness with them
