Darren was very helpful not just by saving us on our monthly charges, also on his dedication and support throughout the change. The after care provided is also second to none. GBOrdered a POS system that came with… Ordered a POS system that came with everything, ready to go out the box from EPOS Was not aware they opened a contract with this company When I got a new pos system, I had to go through 4 different companies to close my account with evo Upon doing so, was charged 495$ as they never received a notice to close an account 90 days in advance Avoid this company like the plague - literally no one is happy with them

GBEVO Payments is Bad News. Stay far away. I had been a customer since 2015, and now I have a debt collector fee running AGGRESSIVELY behind me for a $495 cancellation fee + another $600 for whatever they're claiming. I must have forgotten I signed a lifetime agreement with them. EVO Payments is Bad News. Stay away from them.

GBAvoid using EVO Payment system All business owner avoid this company if you can. I cancelled my account after being a customer for 13 years due to hidden fees/charges. A few months later I was billed an early cancellation fee totaling $1400 for a portable machine which was useless and the other payment system. When I called to cancel my service, the customer rep never disclosed this fee nor that I had 90 days after notifying them to avoid this fee. EVO Payment system does not value their client as they should, because if they did, they would have been more transparent about their fees & monthly charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

GBBig mistake using Evo It was a big mistake going with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. A one-month notice of cancellation isn't enough for them. They want 3 months or they renew your account. If they renew your account and you still wish to cancel they will charge you an early termination fee.
