GBNo reply to email asking for shipping… No reply to email asking for shipping update, even though auto-reply states a 24hr response time. 2 Products received also did not exactly match picture on website.

GBDisappointed!! Wow! If only I had read the comments before ordering from Bark Fifth Avenue. I ordered hoping to receive items before a move and have reached out by email, text and phone with absolutely NO return communication as to when order would ship. So disappointing!!!!! I am now working with PayPal to get my money back. DON’T ORDER from this company!!!!!!!

GBNo response to my messages I have phoned several times as well as emailed and texted in response to your email about several of my items being out of stock. I placed my order 15 days ago. I understand delayed shipping - I'm not in a hurry to receive my order, but it would be helpful if you would respond to my communication that YOU requested.
