USDisappointed!! Wow! If only I had read the comments before ordering from Bark Fifth Avenue. I ordered hoping to receive items before a move and have reached out by email, text and phone with absolutely NO return communication as to when order would ship. So disappointing!!!!! I am now working with PayPal to get my money back. DON’T ORDER from this company!!!!!!!

USNo reply to email asking for shipping… No reply to email asking for shipping update, even though auto-reply states a 24hr response time. 2 Products received also did not exactly match picture on website.

USNo response to my messages I have phoned several times as well as emailed and texted in response to your email about several of my items being out of stock. I placed my order 15 days ago. I understand delayed shipping - I'm not in a hurry to receive my order, but it would be helpful if you would respond to my communication that YOU requested.

USBark Fifth Avenue is incredible Bark Fifth Avenue is incredible! The customer service off the charts! I made an inquiry & received an immediate response! I then made the purchase on a Saturday afternoon & my order was packaged up & sent that day & I received it on Monday! She had wrapped up everything beautifully & w/care! I’m completely won over with this fabulous boutique !!
