Their fantastic customer service is hands down the best that we've come across. Their handwritten notes(with every order) are sure to brighten anyone's day. The order updates from purchase date to received date are excellent. And the timeliness of each order is on point! GBI order a bed and after you charged me… I order a bed and after you charged me I never heard from you until I contacted you asking about my order. I never got an answer until I got a refund without explaining why. Item is not available, sold out,will be available later or what????
