I have been shopping with Bark fifth… I have been shopping with Bark fifth Avenue since its inception. I love Ashley, she is friendly, professional, and has earned a special place in my heart. I have indulged my dogs with so many goodies from her site, and I don't live in Atlanta. First N.J., now Calabasas California.

I then made the purchase on a Saturday afternoon & my order was packaged up & sent that day & I received it on Monday! She had wrapped up everything beautifully & w/care! No reply to email asking for shipping… No reply to email asking for shipping update, even though auto-reply states a 24hr response time. 2 Products received also did not exactly match picture on website.

My order did arrive but My order did arrive but it was also a week late so there's that. Nothing else to complain about, they could improve the shipping but for now the review is 4 x stars. Thanks
