Terrible Rates I been with Evalon for 1 year doing over 400k in sales and EACH MONTH there are new fees, new rates on my statement. Tried reaching out and you get ignored, no one responds or call back. Find a better processor, they are terrible. No wonder they have 1.3 rating

They contacted me, but still getting minimal help from the terrible Merchant Change Group. Who refuse to provide any assistance in helping me update my bank account for deposits. Would avoid business at all costs.

Elavon will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I would give negative 14,000 stars if I could. This is the amount that Elavon is withholding after closing our account over a year ago. Despite dozens of phone conversations, we've received nothing but false promises. Elavon's actions are more than immoral, they're criminal. Do NOT consider working with this company!!
