GBHorrible company Horrible company! Acts as if they are above speaking directly with customers from higher ups I reached out to ask a question in regards to new equipment that was sent to me with only a qr code with vague instructions only to be told shouldn't have the individuals name nor should I be contacting her because the equipment was handled by another company but that had nothing to do with her making that statement and the representative relayed the message exactly. This isn't any way to treat anyone let alone a potential customer but to say the least I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or anything! I'm currently still trying to send back equipment and receive the fee that I was charged.

GBThis company sucks This company sucks. Not sure how or why they're connected to Costco but they're worthless. I switched to them only after finding them through Costco site. They approved my account then once I started processing held up account for additional info which I then provided only to find out I was still under "review." The arbitrary hold ended up costing me about $300. Customer service/fraud doesn't respond but sign up/sales sure does. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

CAElavon made a big JOKE with me on my vacation I was on vacation. My Converge online payment link stop working. Called support but they verified every details like bank account number, merchant id but didn't help me because they need batch ID, terminal number(which they think i always carry with me like a phone). The rep disconnected call which they not suppose. I decided to end up, 3rd attempt with rep they connected me customer service and that rep helped me to close my account by verifying all details. He said it was sad that you didn't got tech support which I suppose to get. Big surprise for me they didn't activate my online payment link but they CANCELED MERCHANT ACCOUNT with same verificayion details. GBTerrible Rates I been with Evalon for 1 year doing over 400k in sales and EACH MONTH there are new fees, new rates on my statement. Tried reaching out and you get ignored, no one responds or call back. Find a better processor, they are terrible. No wonder they have 1.3 rating
