Complicated customer service The man I talked to to sign up my account was very nice and helpful. Not to long after using it the card reader it broke so we got a different card reader (square) and stopped using the old one. We got a letter saying we owed money a few months later. We called to close the account and pay the fees but the gentleman (Paul I believe) we talk to was very rude to me and my mother and very unprofessional as we are just trying to figure this out. I talk to someone else a lady didn’t catch her name but was in the recovery department she was very helpful and nice and we ended up figuring everything out! So mixed reviews on this company kind of confusing to figure out.

If I could give zero stars I would ~… If I could give zero stars I would ~ what a miserable company. Been through 4 customer service reps since I started there as they must have all quit. No assistance with PCI compliance and OUTRAGEOUS monthly fees even when you haven’t used their service!!!!

Elavon will take funds will debit your bank account for any reason after you close the merchant account , if you choose to close the merchant you should close your bank account immediately Elavon always will find a reason and will debit your bank account some kind of a punishment

Worst Customer Support My MID was terminated without any notification, and they holded my balance of 1480usd for more then 9 months, after 9 months it's been 3 months I am continuously chasing them to get my reserve balance released, but no proper response is provided,
