Worse customer service imaginable Worse customer service imaginable. My account somehow started being used by hackers for unauthorized voice authorizations so they can verify stolen cards. I was charged for months on end for these charges and nothing was done. I called almost a dozen times and finally at the end they send me a notice saying they are terminating their relationship with me and my services are no longer active. I was never even credited back for those charges. Never will do business with them again.

Elavon will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I would give negative 14,000 stars if I could. This is the amount that Elavon is withholding after closing our account over a year ago. Despite dozens of phone conversations, we've received nothing but false promises. Elavon's actions are more than immoral, they're criminal. Do NOT consider working with this company!!

Terrible Rates I been with Evalon for 1 year doing over 400k in sales and EACH MONTH there are new fees, new rates on my statement. Tried reaching out and you get ignored, no one responds or call back. Find a better processor, they are terrible. No wonder they have 1.3 rating

Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible! Closed account and was still getting charged every month for fees. Not only for one account but for an old account we stopped using over a year ago with no refunds given. Said they will put in a request but it’s been months. Go with a smaller company, this one is terrible and too many people and reps to try and keep track of. I’m guessing they want it this way..
