GBExcellent Wow, truly had to write a positive review using Evalon as my merchant processor. Plamen Brandt a customer satisfaction manager went out of his way making at least a dozen calls and emails to assure I could process my customers credit applications for financing. In 53 years I have never had a better experience, I wish I ran a multi billion dollar company to put him as VP or CEO of company.

GBScam company, Avoid at all costs I made the mistake of trusting Costco's relationship with Elavon for the credit card processing for my business. I won't do that again after this ordeal that continues to this day, nearly 9 months after I started with Elavon. Costco was zero help in resolving this issue. After the first few successful transactions, Elavon held the next few successful charges totaling over $7,500 with no explanation for why, except that they didn’t want to do business with me anymore, then terminated my account. There were no suspicious or fraudulent charges, or no chargebacks or refund requests in the short 30 days they processed my charges. In fact, they approved and allowed the charges to go through, then held my money and have done so to this day. They even charged me the processing fees for the transactions that they illegally withheld. These illegally held monies nearly put my young company out of business because I had to deliver what my customers bought without the money I needed to deliver on those purchases. This meant nothing to Elavon when I explained it. I have all documentation to prove their horribly unethical and illegal behavior as I have described. And from my research, there is no regulatory oversite for companies such as this, so they continue their unethical, illegal actions with impunity. Thank goodness for platforms like Trustpilot that allow business owners to warn others of unscrupulous companies like Elavon. Their so-called fraud department is actually the one perpetrating their fraud on small businesses like mine, which I unfortunately found out only after I engaged them as my payment processing vendor. Had I not trusted Costco, and done my normal due diligence, I would have realized that my experience wasn’t unique, as is evident from the many one-star reviews here and on other review platforms. After six months of holding my funds illegally I requested for them to be released and I heard nothing back. Don’t believe any of their PR answers to the 1000+ one-star reviews here. They are a scam operator that I can’t believe has not been shut down yet by banking regulators. Stay clear of this company for your own good.

GBThey will not fund transactions or return the money to my customers - they are just taking it! Its been three days since my customers have paid and Elavon is keeping the money. They are not sending it to me, and they are not returning it to the customers. For some reason, Elavon thinks that $3,500 in customer payments made to my company belongs to them. I have made three calls to their customer service so far, and I am just transferred to endless holds. I will ask my customers to dispute the transactions with American Express, hoping they can get their money from Elavon. No one from Elavon has reached out and told me why they are taking my customer's money, and no one will tell me why when I call. Elavon is just keeping $3500 in payment because they feel it's theirs!

MYmiserable terrible company miserable terrible company, bad customer service, never get back to you, avoid at all costs, use stripe. They contacted me, but still getting minimal help from the terrible Merchant Change Group. Who refuse to provide any assistance in helping me update my bank account for deposits. Would avoid business at all costs.

CAElavon made a big JOKE with me on my vacation I was on vacation. My Converge online payment link stop working. Called support but they verified every details like bank account number, merchant id but didn't help me because they need batch ID, terminal number(which they think i always carry with me like a phone). The rep disconnected call which they not suppose. I decided to end up, 3rd attempt with rep they connected me customer service and that rep helped me to close my account by verifying all details. He said it was sad that you didn't got tech support which I suppose to get. Big surprise for me they didn't activate my online payment link but they CANCELED MERCHANT ACCOUNT with same verificayion details.
