GBAll headache, little benefit for small businesses We tried to use Elavon as a small business because we had heard it might have better rates. The pricing was not transparent, the customer service was not helpful, the system was very difficult to log into and access, the buy button was a nightmare to set up and took days working with their tech team, and their system is so outdated their own tech support seems to have a hard time using it (some of it still runs in DOS). Pricing varies by type of card, online transaction vs in person swipe, etc. When I called and asked for their rates, the customer service agent was able to tell me a few things over the phone but refused to send us a price sheet and said the rates could change at any time. After more than 6 years of trying to navigate their system, we were just told that they closed our account with no notice. They claim to have called, but we confirmed the phone number and the email and have no calls, voicemails or emails from them regarding closing the account. Do not recommend.

GBExcellent Wow, truly had to write a positive review using Evalon as my merchant processor. Plamen Brandt a customer satisfaction manager went out of his way making at least a dozen calls and emails to assure I could process my customers credit applications for financing. In 53 years I have never had a better experience, I wish I ran a multi billion dollar company to put him as VP or CEO of company.

MYmiserable terrible company miserable terrible company, bad customer service, never get back to you, avoid at all costs, use stripe. They contacted me, but still getting minimal help from the terrible Merchant Change Group. Who refuse to provide any assistance in helping me update my bank account for deposits. Would avoid business at all costs.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would ~… If I could give zero stars I would ~ what a miserable company. Been through 4 customer service reps since I started there as they must have all quit. No assistance with PCI compliance and OUTRAGEOUS monthly fees even when you haven’t used their service!!!!
