They will not fund transactions or return the money to my customers - they are just taking it! Its been three days since my customers have paid and Elavon is keeping the money. They are not sending it to me, and they are not returning it to the customers. For some reason, Elavon thinks that $3,500 in customer payments made to my company belongs to them. I have made three calls to their customer service so far, and I am just transferred to endless holds. I will ask my customers to dispute the transactions with American Express, hoping they can get their money from Elavon. No one from Elavon has reached out and told me why they are taking my customer's money, and no one will tell me why when I call. Elavon is just keeping $3500 in payment because they feel it's theirs!

Worst Customer Support My MID was terminated without any notification, and they holded my balance of 1480usd for more then 9 months, after 9 months it's been 3 months I am continuously chasing them to get my reserve balance released, but no proper response is provided,

Elavon made a big JOKE with me on my vacation I was on vacation. My Converge online payment link stop working. Called support but they verified every details like bank account number, merchant id but didn't help me because they need batch ID, terminal number(which they think i always carry with me like a phone). The rep disconnected call which they not suppose. I decided to end up, 3rd attempt with rep they connected me customer service and that rep helped me to close my account by verifying all details. He said it was sad that you didn't got tech support which I suppose to get. Big surprise for me they didn't activate my online payment link but they CANCELED MERCHANT ACCOUNT with same verificayion details. Elavon will take funds will debit your bank account for any reason after you close the merchant account , if you choose to close the merchant you should close your bank account immediately Elavon always will find a reason and will debit your bank account some kind of a punishment

Horrible company Horrible company! Acts as if they are above speaking directly with customers from higher ups I reached out to ask a question in regards to new equipment that was sent to me with only a qr code with vague instructions only to be told shouldn't have the individuals name nor should I be contacting her because the equipment was handled by another company but that had nothing to do with her making that statement and the representative relayed the message exactly. This isn't any way to treat anyone let alone a potential customer but to say the least I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or anything! I'm currently still trying to send back equipment and receive the fee that I was charged.
