GBSony claiming money through my 12 year… Sony claiming money through my 12 year old daughter's O2 mobile account. Completely scammed with 6 x £19.99 payments taken within seconds of each other. We do not have Sony PSN accounts and my daughter is upset and worried about this. How can this be allowed to happen. This is THEFT and from reading previous reviews it seems it is rife. I feel completely violated and I will be pursuing Boku for full reimbursement to my mobile phone account! If this is not resolved I will be reporting it as a crime!

GBDiabolical Like the multitude of other reviews. My 12 year old daughters phone has been charge £100 to a PlayStation account. We don't have a PlayStation or an account. The ip address is from somewhere 200 miles away. How can a company charge my phone account without any verification for something we have never received, ordered or been made aware of. Seems they're not too concerned about preventing scams and fraud.

GBAwful system Third party charges applied to account. Three directed me to Buku. Three partners made within a few mints of each other to Pjaystation. We do not have a PlayStation. Contacted customer services. Very aggressive woman who said that clearly we had given somebody the number and the authorisation code. Shocking phone manner and unwilling to consider alternatives. Text messages do not state that they are authorising payments or give any reference to money. Interesting that most of phones belong to children. I would love to know what is stopping anyone using someone else’s number to fraudulently make payments?
