Sony claiming money through my 12 year… Sony claiming money through my 12 year old daughter's O2 mobile account. Completely scammed with 6 x £19.99 payments taken within seconds of each other. We do not have Sony PSN accounts and my daughter is upset and worried about this. How can this be allowed to happen. This is THEFT and from reading previous reviews it seems it is rife. I feel completely violated and I will be pursuing Boku for full reimbursement to my mobile phone account! If this is not resolved I will be reporting it as a crime!

Scammers and hackers report them My phone bill had an added £165 one month then another £160 then now another £80 none of which I knew about 3g said to call the 0808 number that does not work I have been scammed hacked and I want my money refunded ASAP It's absolutely disgusting the company allowed to rip people off and steal from them beware and avoid and report them

these scumbags scammed £282 from me via… these scumbags scammed £282 from me via my three mobile account using fraudulent PlayStation transactions. I had never heard of them until I started getting massive mobile phone bills for unauthorised payments. I had a £0 cap on additional payments with three mobile, but still they let these fraudsters raid my bank account via my phone bill. When I phoned Boku for a refund they treated me like dirt. These people are scam merchants. Make sure you block these scammers from raiding your bank account via your mobile phone provider.

My 13 yr old granddaughter was charge… My 13 yr old granddaughter was charge nearly £200 for playstation that has never been ordered my daughter contacted boku to explain that nothing was ordered and they were absolutely useless no help in any way shape or form and told my daughter its on the phone number so it must be right .. this company are fraudsters and scammers and should be reported we will be taking this matter further.. this company is an absolute disgrace targetting children ... steer well clear and report report report !!!

SCAM ARTISTS, ROBBING AND STEALING THROUGH CHILDRENS PHONES !!! How can a 9 year old take out a subscription to to netflix at £10.99 a month and another at £4.99 per month. What an absolute sham of company!! Like all other reviews here, I'm shocked this is allowed to happen and they are allowed to trade, continuing to cause misery to innocent folk through their kids phones.. should be shut down, obtaining money by deception and fraud. THEFT !!
