Unauthorised charges taken from Three… Unauthorised charges taken from Three account. Scamming and fraudulent company who I've never heard of until today. Contact number given to me by Three doesn't work and impossible to speak to anyone.. Low life scammers avoid and block these vultures

Awful system Third party charges applied to account. Three directed me to Buku. Three partners made within a few mints of each other to Pjaystation. We do not have a PlayStation. Contacted customer services. Very aggressive woman who said that clearly we had given somebody the number and the authorisation code. Shocking phone manner and unwilling to consider alternatives. Text messages do not state that they are authorising payments or give any reference to money. Interesting that most of phones belong to children. I would love to know what is stopping anyone using someone else’s number to fraudulently make payments?

Disgusting scam my phone bill as per others on here has been charged over £70 for subscriptions I knew nothing about. Bemused as to how this has happened when I don't use my phone for anything apart from netflix, calls, texts and emails

Boku Apparently Boku has been helping themselves to my phone bill since June/22. $8.00 per month. Didn't notice it til december as I pay for 4 phones. Contacted phone company, they tell me its Boku's responsibility, Boku tells me it's Microsofts responsibility, Microsoft say's it's Boku fault! No help from anyone!! They are all scammers!

My 12 year old daughter's phone has… My 12 year old daughter's phone has been fraudulently charged over £300 for play station purchases. The person at Boku insisted it was my daughters fault and said I needed to investigate and that she was unable help and could not process a refund as the charges were legitimately made. I asked to speak to her manager as this was not true as the charges were as a result of fraud. She refused to pass me to her manager and then terminated the call. I then called back and spoke to a helpful guy called AJ. He helped me straight away and sorted the refund. I feel sorry for companies where they are hiring the wrong people with terrible attitudes that spoil the reputation of the company and provide horrendous customer service. Had I not called back and spoken to AJ, this would not have been resolved. It should have been resolved the first time.
