GBHow is this allowed??? My teenage daughter had a £50 charge on her phone bill from Boku despite never signing up for anything. It seems from reading other reviews they like to target children. Ripping people off during the cost of living crisis is disgusting, thanks to them im now in my bank overdraft. I’ll be taking this further. Edit: So after contacting Boku they referred me to Apple who confirmed someone had used my daughters number to fraudulently buy digital goods from Apple through Boku. To say Boku dont care is an understatement. They absolutely couldn’t care less. They are happy to provide a payment service that is obviously easy to scam but they don’t want to take any responsibility when people have their hard earned money scammed from them. Disgusting company, ive reported them to Action Fraud.

GBHad a bill added to my three account… Had a bill added to my three account ..after much searching I realised that my sons PS5 is linked to my phone and I didn’t have a security code set up .. Can be really worrying when you see the bill as it doesn’t stipulate where the charges come from but it will definitely be linked to a child’s gaming account and you need to check and place a code on there

GBMy 13 yr old granddaughter was charge… My 13 yr old granddaughter was charge nearly £200 for playstation that has never been ordered my daughter contacted boku to explain that nothing was ordered and they were absolutely useless no help in any way shape or form and told my daughter its on the phone number so it must be right .. this company are fraudsters and scammers and should be reported we will be taking this matter further.. this company is an absolute disgrace targetting children ... steer well clear and report report report !!!

GBthese scumbags scammed £282 from me via… these scumbags scammed £282 from me via my three mobile account using fraudulent PlayStation transactions. I had never heard of them until I started getting massive mobile phone bills for unauthorised payments. I had a £0 cap on additional payments with three mobile, but still they let these fraudsters raid my bank account via my phone bill. When I phoned Boku for a refund they treated me like dirt. These people are scam merchants. Make sure you block these scammers from raiding your bank account via your mobile phone provider.

GBI have been charged £8.98 every month… I have been charged £8.98 every month for the past 4 months to something I never applied to! I tried blocking my number on Boku but I’ve still being charged even though it’s showing no payment history! Spoke to 3 and it’s definitely Boku that have been charging me! I have been advised to contact the police for fraud of Boku show lack of communication!
